強度を使用丸鋼の強度と同等とする事が可能となり、J
IS規格のものより性能が良くなる。

【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は、丸鋼を溶接により接続しようとする時の継ぎ手補助金具で、主とし て建築用のターンバックルの、ターンバックルボルトの軸部の継ぎ手として利用 するために開発したものである。 [従来の技術] 建築用のターンバックルは、胴部とボルト部を一組みとして製造し、建築工場 または建築現場で、その長さに応じた丸鋼と溶接すれば便利であるが、適当な継 ぎ手方法が無かった。このためJIS規格では、「ボルトの軸部は1本の鋼棒か ら製造し、継ぎ手があってはならない」と規定されている。 しかしながら厳密な施工を要求されるものの外は、ボルト部と軸部を重ね継ぎ 等の不完全な方法で溶接して使用しているものが多い。 [考案が解決しようとする課題] ターンバックルボルトのボルト部とボルト軸部を、溶接による継ぎ手で継ぎ、 しかも1本の鋼棒から製造したものより高い性能を得ようとするものである。 [課題を解決するための手段] 上記の目的を達するため、継ぎ手の補助金具を使用する。その構造は第1図に 示すように、鋼板を円筒状に丸めたもので、この円筒に丸鋼(4及び5)を差し 込み、鋼板部(1)と丸鋼を溶接するための溝(2)を設けてある。溝は丸鋼と 溶接の強度から1条または数条とする。 [作用] この継ぎ手補助金具を使用するには、円筒状鋼板(1)に丸鋼(4及び5)を 差し込み、鋼板(1)の端部(3)及び溝(2)の部分を丸鋼に溶接する。 [実施例] 実施例として、丸鋼(SS41またはSR24)13mmを溶接により継ぐ場 合、厚さ3.2mm長さ50mm巾43mmの鋼板を丸めて円筒状とすれば、約 8mmの溝が出来る。 各部分の許容応力(短期)を計算すると丸鋼13mm(SS41またはSR2 4) F=2.4 t/cm2 1.33XF=3.19t 鋼板(SS41) 4.3X0.32XF=3.3t>3.19t 溶接 よつて継ぎ手部の強度は丸鋼の強度と同等以上となる。ターンバックルはM1 4となる。ボルト部の谷の径11.2mm断面積0.99cm2であるので、許 容応力は丸鋼より小さくなる。JISの規定のように、ターンバックルボルトを 1本の鋼棒から製造する場合は、この値が筋かいの許容応力となる。 本考案の補助金具を利用すると、ターンバックルボルト部をSR30等の強度 の高い鋼材を使用する事により、ターンバックルの強度を丸鋼と同等以上とする 事が可能となる。 [考案の効果] 本考案を利用すれば、建築用ターンバックルの胴部とボルト部を一組として製 造供給し、建築工場または建築現場で、ボルト部を溶接して使用できるので、非 常に便利になる。又実施例に示すように、筋かいの強度は使用丸鋼と同等以上と なり、JIS規格のものより性能が良くなる。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention is a joint auxiliary metal fitting for connecting round steel by welding, and is mainly a joint of a shaft portion of a turnbuckle bolt of a turnbuckle for construction.
