Description
本発明は、新規な安定化された農薬組成物、そ
の製造方法及びその使用に関する。
1−(4−クロロベンジル)−1−シクロペンチ
ル−3−フエニルウレアを含むウレア系化合物と
有機燐系化合物とを有効成分として含有する混合
剤が農園芸用殺菌剤として有用であることは、特
開昭54−23128号及び特開昭51−160707号公報に
記載されている。該公報によればそれら混合剤は
農園芸用殺菌剤としてそれぞれ単一の有効成分を
用いるよりもそれらを混合することにより、相乗
的に効力が発揮されることが記載されているが、
製剤上の安定性については何ら言及されていな
い。
しかしながら、1−(4−クロロベンジル)−1
−シクロペンチル−3−フエニルウレアと有機燐

なるため、実質的に長期保存が不可能であること
が、本出願人により明らかにされており、その安
定化の問題の解決が望まれている。
本発明は1−(4−クロロベンジル)−1−シク
ロペンチル−3−フエニルウレアと有機燐系化合
物とを有効成分とする混合剤に於いて、型無水
石膏を添加することを特徴とする安定化された農
薬組成物を提供する。又、上記型無水石膏と供
にエポキシ化亜麻仁油及び/又はエポキシ化大豆
油を更に添加することを特徴とする安定化された
農薬組成物をも提供する。
更に本発明は1−(4−クロロベンジル)−1−
シクロペンチル−3−フエニルウレアと有機燐系
化合物との混合物に型無水石膏を加えることに
より安定化された農薬組成物の製造方法を提供す
る。又、上記型無水石膏と供にエポキシ化亜麻
仁油及び/又はエポキシ化大豆油を添加すること
により安定化された農薬組成物の製造方法をも提
供する。
最後に、本発明による安定化された農薬組成物
が、農業及び園芸に於ける各種目的に対し使用で
きることが見い出された。
驚くべきことに、本発明者等は前記型無水石
膏を添加して製剤した本発明による農薬組成物
が、農薬混合有効成分を安定化し、しかも何ら物
理性に悪い影響を与えないことを見い出し、本発
明を完成した。
更に又、前記型無水石膏と供にエポキシ化亜
麻仁油及び/又はエポキシ化大豆油を添加するこ
とによつて、混合有効成分が更に安定化すること
を見い出し本発明を完成した。
又、石膏類、例えば半水石膏(焼石膏、
CaSO4・1/2H2O)、型無水石膏又は型無水
石膏を添加しても分解が著しく、型無水石膏を
選択し使用することにより上記の如き優れた安定
化効果を達成することができた。
従つて、本発明による安定化された農薬組成物
は農薬製造分野に於いて優れた技術を提供するも
のであり産業上の有用性に於いても極めて卓越し
た技術的進歩性を提供するものである。
本発明による安定化された農薬組成物の成分で
ある1−(4−クロロベンジル)−1−シクロペン
チル−3−フエニルウレア(ペンシクロン

本発明による安定化された農薬組成物に於いて
使用される無水石膏は、型無水石膏である。
本発明に使用する前記型無水石膏は本発明の
農薬混合有効成分を安定化させ、製剤化した場合
も何ら物理性に影響を及ぼさないで効果を発揮す
る。従つて、混合有効成分に型無水石膏を、場
合により必要に応じエポキシ化亜麻仁油及び/又
はエポキシ化大豆油を添加し、農薬製造分野に於
いて一般に行われている方法により、固体希釈
剤、又は担体、場合によつては界面活性剤を用い
て種種の製剤形態に製造することができる。
固体希釈剤としては、植物性粉末類:鉱物性粉
末類:粘土鉱物(クレー)〔例えば、カオリナイ
ト群、モンモリロナイト群、アタパルジヤイト群
等〕、滑石(タルク)、葉蝋石(パイロフイライ
ト)、雲母、方解石、蛭石(バーミキユライト)、
白雲石、りん灰石、珪藻土、合成無機材料〔例え
ば、高度分散硅酸、合成アルミナ等〕:合成樹脂
〔例えば、フエノール樹脂、尿素樹脂、塩化ビニ
ール等〕等を挙げることができる。
界面活性剤としては、アニオン(陰イオン)界
面活性剤:アルキル硫酸エステル類〔例えば、ラ
ウリル硫酸ナトリウム等〕、アリールスルホン酸
類〔例えば、アルキルアリールスルホン酸塩、ア
ルキルナフタレンスルホン酸ナトリウム等〕、ポ
リカルボニツクアシド塩類〔例えば、マレイン酸
とオレフインの共重合体のNa塩等〕、ノニオン
(非イオン)界面活性剤:ポリオキシエチレング
リコールエーテル類〔例えば、ポリオキシエチレ
ンアルキルアリールエーテル等〕、ポリオキシエ
チレングリコールエステル類〔例えば、ポリオキ
シエチレン脂肪酸エステル等〕、多価アルコール
エステル類〔例えば、ポリオキシエチレンソルビ
タンモノラウレート等〕等を挙げることができ
る。
固着剤も、製剤に使用することができ、斯る固
着剤としては、カルボキシメチルセルロース、そ
して天然及び合成ポリマー(例えば、アラビアゴ
ム、ポリビニルアルコールそしてポリビニルアセ
テート等)を挙げることができる。
着色剤を使用することもでき、斯る着色剤とし
ては、無機顔料(例えば酸化鉄、酸化チタンそし
てプルシアンブルー)、そしてアリザリン染料、
アゾ染料又は金属フタロシアニン染料のような有
機染料、そして更に、鉄、マンガン、ボロン、
銅、コバルト、モリブデン、亜鉛のそれらの塩の
ような微量要素を挙げることができる。
上述した如く、本発明による安定化された農薬
組成物は、通常の粉剤、水和剤等、特に、例えば
粉剤の製剤形態にすることができる。
該製剤は、一般には、前記活性成分を0.1〜90
重量%、好ましくは0.5〜80重量%含有すること
ができる。
本発明による安定化された農薬組成物に於いて
使用される型無水石膏の添加量は、通常製剤中
に4〜95重量%、好ましくは6〜50重量%であ
る。更に詳しくは、粉剤に於いては型無水石膏
を4〜50重量%、好ましくは6〜30重量%、水和
剤に於いては10〜95重量%、好ましくは10〜50重
量%である。又更に添加されるエポキシ化亜麻仁
油及びエポキシ化大豆油の添加量は0.1〜30重量
%、好ましくは0.5〜10重量%である。
本発明の農薬有効活性化合物は、前記製剤にお
いて、他の公知活性化合物、例えば殺菌剤(フア
ンギサイド、バクテリサイド)、殺虫剤、殺ダニ
剤、除草剤、鳥類忌避剤、生長調整剤、肥料及
び/又は土壌改良剤を共存させることもできる。
ここで、上記殺虫剤としては、例えば、有機リン
剤、カーバメート剤、カーボキシレート系薬剤、
クロル化炭化水素系薬剤、微生物より生産される
殺虫性物質を挙げることができる。
次に実施例により、本発明の内容を具体的に説
明するが、本発明はこれのみに限定されるべきも
のではない。
