[Detailed Description of the Invention] ``Purpose of the Invention'' The present invention relates to a sealing body for the mouth of a container, which is suitable for sealing and sealing the mouth of a bottle or other container, and as a lid body applied after opening. To provide a sealing member having a relatively simple structure that provides a packing action, in which the seal sealing material side and the packing material side are accurately separated at the time of opening with a high probability, and a desirable drying action is achieved. It is.

That is, when the above-mentioned sealing material is used for a food/beverage container as described above, the container is sealed by applying an adhesive such as honey to the periphery of the mouth of the container and adhering it to the container. It is designed to have a lid with a packing as described above.

However, in conventional products such as those mentioned above, it is not easy to stick the sealing material such as aluminum foil in a stable stretched state to the opening of a container made of glass. A desiccant material is bonded together with a packing part to be attached to the inner surface of the lid using a breathable adhesive film that serves as an adhesive and a release material. According to the inventor's actual research, it is possible to form a sealed state by attaching the sealing material to the mouth, and then peel off the packing material and the sealing material by rotating the lid.

Problems that the invention aims to solve However, as mentioned above, the sealing material such as aluminum foil and the packing material are glued together until they are installed inside the lid, and then they are screwed onto the container mouth. Therefore, by sealing the lid and then releasing the adhesive relationship by rotating the lid, adhering the sealing material to the mouth and leaving only the packing material on the inner surface of the lid, in short, the adhesion and releasability are completely opposite. It is not easy to achieve both. In other words, the sealing material and packing material may peel off during handling, or the lid may not be peeled off properly after screwing the lid onto the mouth to rotate the lid to remove the adhesive, so the customer may have to rotate the lid for the first time. If the product is moved, the sealing material is damaged and the seal itself appears to be incomplete, resulting in a considerably high probability of producing defective products and, therefore, having disadvantages such as inferior commercial value.

Function: By positioning the desiccant body within the packing material and adhering the polyethylene film, and adhering the glassine-coated aluminum foil to the polyethylene film, these parts can be handled as one unit, and the lid can be closed. The desiccant can be easily installed and set inside, and even under conditions where the polyethylene film has air permeability, the desiccant body can be blocked from airflow, and the desiccant cannot be removed until it is set in the lid and opened. Eliminates performance deterioration of parts.

The adhesive force between the perforated polyethylene film and the aluminum foil is controlled by the through holes provided in the perforated polyethylene film, and therefore the lid body to which the packing material is attached is rotated after sealing. This allows the aluminum foil to be accurately peeled off from the perforated polyethylene film. Therefore, when the consumer (purchaser) rotates and removes the lid for the first time after purchase, the sealing material remains stably, confirming the integrity of the seal, and improving the product value.

The open pore area in perforated polyethylene film is
If it is less than 0.4%, the adhesive force with the sealed aluminum foil is still strong, and when the lid is rotated to open the package, it will not be possible to separate it from the aluminum foil properly, and there is a possibility that the aluminum foil will be damaged. If it remains around 5% or more, it will also damage the product value.
Also, the open area of this porous polyethylene film is 4%.
If the desiccant sheet exceeds this value, the sealing will be insufficient, and in particular, the desiccant sheet body housed in the perforated polyethylene film will deteriorate, and the drying effect for the stored products will not be obtained properly. Regarding the distribution of holes in the perforated polyethylene film, by evenly distributing multiple holes per cm2 , sealing and peeling can be achieved with a high probability as described above, and the number of holes per cm2 can be increased to a high probability.
If it is less than cm 2 , peeling will be inhibited if the pore diameter is small, and sealing will be inhibited if the pore diameter is large. If the distribution is uneven, there will be a mixture of sealing seals and insufficient peeling.

EXAMPLE To explain the specific embodiment of the present invention shown in the attached drawings, as shown in FIG. A concentric opening 1a is formed in the opening 1a, and a desiccant body 7 impregnated with a desiccant such as calcium chloride is accommodated in the opening 1a, and this is covered and fixed with a perforated polyethylene film 2. However, an aluminum foil 3 with glassine 4 attached thereto is bonded through such a perforated polyethylene film 2.
The specific bonding order is such that the perforated polyethylene film 2 is bonded to the aluminum foil 3 with an adhesive, and this is thermally welded to one side of the packing material.

Regarding the arrangement of holes in the above-mentioned perforated polyethylene film 2, at least two or more holes 5 should be formed per 2 cm2, and for example, about 3 to 50 holes 5 should be formed per cm2 . However, it is preferable that the opening area of such through holes 5 be about 0.4 to 4.0%, particularly about 0.5 to 3.5%, of the film area.

That is, in the device according to the present invention as described above, the moisture-impermeable layer 6 is placed inside the lid 8 so as to be in contact with the inner surface of the lid 8.
As shown in the figure, when an adhesive such as honey is applied to the top edge of the mouth of the glass container 10 and the lid 8 is screwed on and tightened, the adhesive is effectively bonded by the glassine 4 and the aluminum foil 3 is applied. Moreover, by rotating the lid 8 to which the packing material is fixed after such screwing, the perforated polyethylene film 2 and the aluminum foil 3 can be separated appropriately. It will be done.
In other words, as an example, when using a perforated polyethylene film 2 in which 49 through holes 5 with a diameter of 0.3 mm are formed at a rate of 49 holes/cm 2 , the film 2 and the aluminum foil 3 can be sealed by tightening with screws as described above. The probability of achieving both peeling between the two is 98 to 100%, and it is possible to achieve both objectives of almost complete sealing and peeling. On the other hand, even if it is the same polyethylene film, the probability of this happening is 75 to 92% when it is a mere breathable film without holes, as described in Utility Model Application Publication No. 57362/1983 by the inventor mentioned above. Even with polyethylene film, the open pore area is 0.4%
If the amount is less than 4% or more, the purpose of adhesion and sealing between the aluminum foil and the packing material side can be achieved, but the purpose of peeling is generally inhibited by about 20%,
For this reason, once the lid is closed, if the lid is removed for inspection etc., the aluminum foil seal is broken and inspection is not possible, and there is a disadvantage that the sealing material side, which is aluminum foil, may be irregularly removed when the lid is removed immediately after purchase. Do something that will cause damage. Furthermore, even when using an adhesive and release agent that has been developed for adhesion between aluminum foil and the packing material side, the probability of achieving both of these is 74 ~
It is 96%. Furthermore, even if the perforated polyethylene film has a perforated area, if the perforated area is less than 0.4% or more than 4%, the purpose of peeling or sealing cannot be effectively achieved. It was confirmed that the

"Effect of the invention" According to the invention as explained above, the through hole 5 is provided for sealing the mouth of the container using aluminum foil and glassine and for adhering the sealing material to the packing material provided on the inner surface of the lid. By using the perforated polyethylene film 2, the sealing material side and the packing material side can be separated effectively and appropriately by adhering them and rotating and detaching the lid body after screwing and sealing the container opening. It can be realized in
As a result, this type of sealing can not only be easily and accurately achieved, but also the integrity of the seal can be confirmed when the consumer (purchaser) removes the lid immediately after purchase. The effect does not deteriorate until the package is opened, and after the package is opened, the contents are properly obtained, and this is a highly effective device in practical terms, as it can sufficiently improve the product value and credibility. .
