(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a rotary cleaning tool that is pressed against a floor carpet, tatami mat, wall surface, ceiling surface, etc. to adhere dust, rubber, etc. (Prior Art) Conventionally, there has been known a rotary cleaning tool that is rotatably equipped with an adhesive tape that is wound with the adhesive layer facing outward. For example, Utility Model Publication No. 42-1185, Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-92065, Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-116555,
This is a device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-69157. (Problems to be solved by the invention) In this way, conventionally known rotary cleaning tools
Since the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape was smooth and hard, various problems occurred as follows. If the object to be cleaned is flat, such as a tile or wall, the adhesion between the adhesive tape and the object may be too strong, causing the adhesive tape to be rewound onto the object while rotating the cleaning tool back and forth. There is. It does not adapt to the unevenness of the object to be cleaned, and cannot sufficiently attach dust and dirt. When dust or dirt adheres to it, its absorption capacity is small and the adhesive strength quickly decreases. The person doing the cleaning gets tired easily. In order to correct these shortcomings, attempts were made to make the adhesive layer thicker and make the surface softer, but the adhesive force would become too strong and it would stick to the floor surface etc. to be cleaned and could not be removed, making it difficult to use adhesives. The amount increases. (Means for Solving the Problems) The rotary cleaning tool of the present invention is a rotary cleaning tool rotatably equipped with an adhesive tape wound in reverse so that the adhesive layer surface is on the outside. but,
It consists of a tape base material and an adhesive layer or base layer in which spherical thermally expandable microcapsules containing gas are mixed. It is foamed by being expanded by heating at the same time as forming the layer or after forming the layer. (Function) Since the foamed adhesive layer or base layer contains expanded microcapsules,
Appropriate elasticity and supporting force are imparted to the adhesive tape. After a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or a base layer containing thermally expandable microcapsules is formed on a tape base material, the microcapsules expand, resulting in minute irregularities on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive. Further, as a result, the thickness of the adhesive layer and the base agent layer becomes large and the surface becomes soft, but since the amount of adhesive remains the same, the adhesive force does not become larger than necessary. (Example) Fig. 1 is a sectional view showing an example of the rotary cleaning tool according to the present invention, in which 1 is a cylindrical core 2 wound in reverse so that the adhesive layer surface is on the outside. The adhesive tape 3 is a rotating core into which the cylindrical core 2 of the adhesive tape is loosely fitted. The rotating core body 3 is a bearing part 4
It is composed of a hollow cylindrical body 5 having a diameter. One end of the hollow cylindrical body 5 is provided to protrude in the axial direction, and the protruding part is divided into, for example, a pair or three supporting pieces 6 so as to exhibit an elastic function, and the cylindrical core 2 of the adhesive tape is It is attached to and detached from the rotating core body 3 from the support piece 6 side. A rotating shaft 9 is fitted into the bearing portion 4 of the rotating core body, and its tip is locked with a screw 10, so that the rotating core body 3
is held freely rotatable. The rotating shaft 9 is connected to the grip portion 8 via the support body 7. The adhesive tape 1 is composed of a tape base material 11 and an adhesive layer 13 or base layer 14 in which spherical thermally expandable microcapsules 12 containing gas are mixed, and the microcapsules 12 are formed by heating.
is expanded, and the adhesive layer 13 or base layer 14 is foamed. In addition, in order to bring the tape base material 11 and the adhesive layer 13 or the base agent layer 14 into close contact, a primer layer used in ordinary adhesive tapes may be provided. Next, two embodiments of the adhesive tape 1 will be described. Example 1 This example is shown in FIG. The adhesive tape 1 of this example has a tape base material 11
An adhesive layer 13 mixed with spherical thermally expandable microcapsules 12 containing gas is provided on the back surface of the adhesive, and the microcapsules 12 are expanded by heating, and the adhesive layer 13 is foamed. It is. The tape base material 11 is made of kraft paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric, or the like. It is desirable that the surface of the tape base material 11 be subjected to a release treatment using a release agent. As the adhesive forming the adhesive layer 13, rubber adhesive, acrylic adhesive, urethane adhesive,
Silicone adhesives, vinyl ether adhesives, etc. are used. An adhesive layer solution containing spherical thermally expandable microcapsules 12 containing gas is applied to the back side of the tape base material 11 to form an adhesive layer 13.
form. The adhesive layer 13 in which the thermally expandable microcapsules 12 are mixed in this way is foamed by heating during drying. As the thermally expandable microcapsule 12, Matsumoto Microsphere manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
F30 is used. The heat-expandable microcapsules are microspheres with a particle size of 10 to 20 microns that contain a volatile gas hydrocarbon and have a shell wall made of vinylidene chloride-acrylonitrile copolymer. The magnification (volume) is about 70 times, and a large number of independent holes can be formed inside the adhesive layer 13. The drying process is carried out at a temperature of about 80°C for about 5 minutes, and the foaming is carried out at a temperature of 80°C to 200°C for about 0.2 minutes to 3 minutes.
Heat treated for minutes. The specific configuration of this first embodiment is shown below.・Tape base material 73g/m 2 Kraft paper with 20μPE layer and treated with silicone release agent ・Adhesive Rubber adhesive 25% solution 100g Thermally expandable microcapsules 2.5g (Matsumoto Yushi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) (manufactured by Matsumoto Microsphere F30) Coating amount: 100g/ m2 Drying: 80℃ x 5 minutes Foaming: 140℃ x 1 minute Apply only the rubber adhesive on the adhesive tape prepared in Example 1 and the tape base material. A comparison of the performance with the modified adhesive tape (comparative example) is shown in Table 1 below. The dimensions of the adhesive tape used for this comparison are paper core 38
mm (inner diameter), width 195mm, and length 12m.

[Table] (Effects of the invention) The rotary cleaning tool according to the present invention can clean even if the object to be cleaned is a smooth surface such as a floor tile or wall surface.
There is no problem of the adhesive tape being unwound due to too strong adhesion between the wall surface and the adhesive surface. In addition, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is soft and has minute irregularities, and it conforms to the irregularities of the object to be cleaned, increasing its ability to attach dust and dirt, as well as increasing its ability to pick up new dust and dirt. This also reduces the fatigue of the person cleaning.
