(Industrial Application Field) The present invention provides a light-shielding curtain that has a good texture without impairing its appearance. (Prior Art and Problems) Ordinary curtains are undesirable because they make the room too bright when people need to sleep during the day. Therefore, various blackout curtains have been commercially available, but
There are double-woven blackout curtains such as satin weave (so-called red-black blackout curtains) that use black in the warp threads and jacquard weave that uses black, but the black is exposed on the surface and a clear color tone cannot be obtained, making them unsuitable as interior materials. It was hot. Further, the curtain whose back surface was coated with a resin containing metal powder was stiff and had poor drape properties. (Structure of the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and is a light-shielding curtain that has all the requirements as an interior material.A light-shielding layer coated with a black pigment is formed on the back side of the surface fiber layer. The first aspect is a light-blocking curtain characterized by forming a light-colored foam coating layer obtained by applying 50 to 200 g/m 2 of flossed resin on the back side of the layer, and A light-shielding layer coated with a black pigment is formed on the back side, and a light-colored foam coating layer obtained by coating 50 to 200 g/m 2 of resin in the form of floss is formed on the back side of the light-shielding layer. A second light-shielding curtain characterized in that, and an intermediate layer having the same composition as the light-colored foam coating layer is formed between the surface fiber layer and the light-shielding layer.
The summary is as follows. The description will be given below based on the drawings. Figures 1 and 2 are cross-sectional views of the blackout curtain of the present invention;
Reference numeral 1 denotes a surface fiber layer of a decorative fabric material (drape cloth, etc.) provided inside the curtain, and a light shielding layer 2 is provided on the back side of the surface fiber layer 1. The light-shielding layer 2 is made of a resin such as polyurethane, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or its ester polymer, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and a black pigment or a black pigment and aluminum powder mixed in an amount of 5 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts of the resin. Yes, foaming may be performed at a magnification of 5 times or less. This light shielding layer has a thickness of 20 to 150 on the back side of the surface fiber layer 1.
Coat and form at a rate of g/m 2 . A foamed coating layer 3 is formed on the back side of the light-shielding layer 2, and the foamed coating layer 3 is obtained by foaming the same resin as the light-shielding layer 2 to 5 times. The foamed coating layer is formed by applying and curing a foamed latex or emulsion resin that has been frosted at a rate of 50 to 200 g/m 2 . The foamed coating layer 3 may contain fillers such as talc and titanium oxide, and the entire coating layer has a light color. By providing a foam coating layer on the back side of the curtain, the drapability of the curtain is improved and the texture is improved. If the coating layer is light-colored, the fiber surface material of the curtain will not darken. Note that a backing cloth may be attached to the back side of the coating layer, if desired. In FIG. 2, 1 is a surface fiber layer, 2 is a light shielding layer, and 3 is a coating layer obtained on the back side of the light shielding layer. In FIG. 2, an intermediate layer 4 having the same composition as the coating layer 3 is interposed between the surface fiber layer 1 and the light shielding layer 2. It is desirable that the intermediate layer 4 be applied at a rate of 20 to 100 g/m 2 .The intermediate layer 4 improves drape properties, and even when the surface fiber layer 1 is made of thin fabric, the light-shielding layer 2
The color will not appear on the surface and darken the appearance of the curtains. (Effects of the Invention) 1. In addition to excellent light-shielding properties, it is possible to select a curtain surface material with a bright tone, and the curtain surface will not darken at all. 2. Soft texture and excellent drape properties. 3. Since the coating layer is foamed, it can be applied smoothly. Examples 1 to 3 A light-blocking curtain was obtained by providing a light-blocking layer and a foam coating layer on a curtain fabric having the light transmittance shown below. The results are shown in Table 1.

Compared to 15-40%, the blackout curtain of the present invention has a blackout ratio of 0.1-0.2%.
% of light blocking properties and good drapability, and almost no light leaked into the room during the day. On the other hand, as a comparative example, a light-shielding curtain was obtained in which a laminate of a white non-foamed polyurethane film, a light-shielding film, and a silver polyester film each having a thickness of 5 μm was laminated with an adhesive on the fiber surface layer. Although the light-shielding property was equivalent to that of the example, the drape property was just barely there.
