Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading curtain having shading performance that can prevent leaking light caused by a pinhole and providing an ornamental characteristic. SOLUTION: A face layer and a reverse side layer are made from cloth having the same or deferent characteristic in color, design, tissue, or the like. Each of one side is applied with an adhesive layer containing pigment and fire retardant respectively and a resin layer containing a shading material is laminated on the layer. A face laminated body and a reverse laminated body are composed to stick the resin layer to the opposite resin layer each containing the shading material. According to the composition of the invention, two shading layers make it possible to obtain product with thin, light, and more satisfactory in shading ability compared with the case of obtaining high shading ability by one layer that occurs thin part of a layer by protruding of a thick layer or the surface of cloth. In addition, it is possible to select cloth comprising both surfaces freely within suited for the use and it is possible to select materials and processing applicable to the environmental problems which occur when the product is disposed as well as efficiency for the manufacturing processes.

In particular, there are many examples of using a heat-welding film. However, 1
In the case of a heat-sealable film having a layer, there is a disadvantage that the film thickness of a portion in contact with a protrusion such as a knot, a nep, a knotted thread or a thick thread on the surface of the fabric to be laminated becomes thin, and as a result, the light-shielding property is impaired. Further, a vinyl chloride-based film which is advantageous for imparting the flame retardancy required of a curtain and which has been frequently used in the past is required to be reviewed from the viewpoint of the environment.

Means for Solving the Problems As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors are superior in that a resin containing a light-shielding material is laminated on each of a surface material and a backing material, and the resin layers are laminated to face each other. It was found that light-shielding properties were obtained. The reason for this is that in a single light-shielding resin layer, a thin portion of the layer is generated due to protrusions on the surface of the laminated fabric, and as a result, the light-shielding performance is reduced. However, when two layers are superimposed, the probability of coincidence of defective portions is extremely low, and a remarkably high light shielding performance can be obtained. In order to obtain high light-shielding properties with one light-shielding resin layer, it is necessary to increase the layer thickness in view of safety. Therefore, it is rather thinner and lighter to use two light-shielding layers,
Products with higher light-shielding properties are possible. Further, as materials and processing methods that satisfy environmental problems at the time of product disposal and workability at the time of production, polyurethane resins, polyester resins, or emulsions of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins as resins other than vinyl chloride are used. It has been found that a dispersion is used alone or in combination, and a sol coating method is employed as a processing method.

[0006] An adhesive layer is applied to one side of the above fabric, and a pigment and a flame retardant are mixed in the adhesive. The pigment is used to prevent the color of the inner light-shielding layer from affecting the color of the surface fabric, and is generally white or light-colored, but a color that does not impair the color of the surface fabric or pattern is selected. . The flame retardant is for imparting the required flame resistance to the curtain, and is selected from antimony trioxide, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, zinc borate, bromine-based flame retardants and the like. Adhesive is not particularly limited, acrylic, urethane,
A material having an affinity for the heat-welding resin layer such as a polyester-based material is selected, and a solid content of about 40 to 100 g / m 2 is applied by an appropriate method.

EXAMPLE Adhesive layer 2 in which an adhesive of formulation A containing a white pigment and a flame retardant was applied to one surface of a surface fabric layer 1 which was a satin-woven polyester fabric having a basis weight of 125 g / m 2 and a solid content of 60 g / m 2 was applied. And dried at 150 ° C. for 2 minutes. Further, as a second layer, a light-shielding layer 3 coated with an emulsion of a heat-sealable acrylic resin of Formulation B containing a light-shielding black pigment and a flame retardant by a sol coating method so as to have a solid content of 75 g / m 2 was formed. And dried at 150 ° C. for 2 minutes. The two three-layer laminated sheets including the front fabric layer 1, the adhesive layer 2, the light-shielding layer 3, and the back fabric layer 6, the adhesive layer 5, and the light-shielding layer 4 are arranged with their heat-welding resin surfaces facing each other. Heat laminating at 150 ° C
Lamination welding is carried out by the method. Table 1 shows the results obtained by collecting four 40 cm square samples from the laminate and evaluating the light-shielding properties.

The light-shielding curtain of the present invention has the above-mentioned construction, and is excellent in that a resin containing a light-shielding material is laminated on each of the outer material and the lining, and the resin layers are bonded to each other so as to face each other. Light shielding properties can be obtained. That is, in a single light-shielding resin layer, a thin portion of the layer is generated due to a protrusion on the surface of the laminated fabric, and as a result, the light-shielding performance is inevitably reduced. However, in the case of a laminate in which two layers were stacked, the probability of coincidence of defective portions was significantly reduced, and a remarkably high light-shielding property was obtained.
