本発明は各種の弁、コツク等のバルブにおい
て、弁棒部分よりの流体漏洩を封止する装置に関
するもので特に地下に埋設される上水道に用いら

(従来の技術)

に植立されたパツキング押えボルトに挿通してナ
ツトをもつて当金、2つ割カラー、Oリング、パ
ツキング押えを加圧してグランドパツキングより
弁棒部の漏洩を防止する等の手段が知られてい

り下流の分岐管に取付けられる多数の地中に埋設
される前記小型の仕切弁用の弁キヨウ(通常200
mm位の直径の管状でその表面が地表に出ている)
の中に設置されて居る小型仕切弁ではその弁棒の
上端には回転ハンドルに嵌合して弁棒を回転する
ためのキーキヤツプと称する部分が取付けられて
居りノツクピンによつて固定されて居る。従つて
特にこの様な弁キヨウ内の仕切弁の現状に於ける
一般的なグランド部漏水修理の作業手順として
は、

して作業に支障なき様、該仕切弁の上流管に設

漏れ止め必要な仕切弁の弁棒頭部のキーキヤツ

ングを弁棒並にリングパツキング押え上部に強力
