を、栓本体に水密に装着し、かつ弁装置における
弁箱の遊端に、止水駒と係合しうる係合部を備え
る駒回転棒を、進退自在に取付け、前記弁装置を
開弁した後、前記駒回転棒を前進させて、その先
端の係合部を止水駒に係合させ、止水駒を栓本体
から取外すことを特徴とする、流体用導管の周壁

て、その先端の係合部を止水駒に係合させ、止水
駒を栓本体から取外し、ついで、前記弁装置を閉
弁した後、弁箱の遊端から駒回転棒を外し、つい
で弁箱の遊端に、ドリルを備える孔あけ装置を水
密に取付け、前記弁体を開いて、栓本体の流入口
に、その口径より大径の拡径孔を穿設することを
