BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for spraying liquid chemicals and the like in a horticultural house, and in particular, a water spray pipe having a nozzle attached thereto is suspended in the house and vertically moved while rotating the water spray pipe. As a result, it is possible to automatically and reliably spray the chemical liquid, water, etc. over the circumferential direction and the vertical direction.

2. Description of the Related Art Recently, cultivation methods using horticultural greenhouses have made remarkable progress, but due to market demand, in order to obtain better-shaped ones and those without scratches or worm marks,
Alternatively, in preparation for pests, it is necessary to frequently spray chemicals and spray water.

However, the chemical spraying work in a high-temperature house has a very bad environment, and since it is hermetically sealed, the worker sucks the chemical, which causes a direct harm to health. Furthermore, in the chemical spraying work performed manually, uneven work is inevitable, and it is impossible to expect complete work. Further, the time required for the spraying work is long and the physical burden is extremely heavy because of the heavy labor. Therefore, inconveniences occur such that the time required for other various operations is inevitably limited.

For this reason, various mechanical devices have been provided which automatically run in a house to automatically perform various spraying operations. For example, there is one in which a water guiding tube is hung at a constant interval via a hanging ring on a wire installed in the house to hang the water guiding tube in a loop shape, and the water guiding tube is run while being stretched.

However, according to the above-mentioned automatic spraying device, the water guiding tube hangs down, and it becomes difficult to spray the water because it does not reach the end of the house. On the other hand, the hanging water guiding tube interferes with the gardening work. There is a drawback in that it is not uncommon for an operator to damage the hanging water guiding tube by hooking it with a work tool.

Further, the automatic spraying device has a high installation cost and has not come into widespread use. Further, there is unevenness in spraying, and there is a surface where the spraying effect is higher when the spraying is done manually by human power, which makes it less meaningful as a mechanical device. Further, in the case of spraying a chemical solution, particularly disinfection work, it is necessary to spray evenly to the front and back of leaves of a cultivated crop, but with a conventional mechanical device, it is only sprayed, and it is not possible to spray to the back side of leaves.

According to the present invention having the above-described structure, since the sprinkler pipe can be moved up and down while rotating, for example, when the chemical liquid is pressure-fed to the sprinkler pipe, the chemical liquid ejected from the nozzle spreads radially in all directions while rotating, and Since it moves up and down, chemical liquid, water, etc. can be sprayed automatically and evenly in the circumferential direction and in the vertical direction. I can. Also, when the sprinklers are rotated in reverse, the water spouted from one of the adjacent sprinklers turns clockwise and the other turns counterclockwise, for example, the former from above the crop, the latter from below the crop, Water can be sprayed on each.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described. With the connecting rod 2 and the sprinkler pipe 4 landing in the house, the pump 8 is driven to pump the chemical or water from the water pipe 7 to the connecting rod 2. Then, from the water supply pipe 10 to the sprinkler pipe 4 via the rotary joint 9.
And the chemical liquid or water is ejected from the nozzle 12. The ejection of the chemical liquid or water is controlled by operating the opening / closing of the solenoid valve 11.

Therefore, when the motor block 20 is started to rotate the winch drum 21 and the chain 19 is wound up, the sprinkler pipe 4 having the sprocket 18 rises while rotating, and the rotation causes the endless chain 17 and the sprocket 16 to rotate. The other sprinkler pipes 4 are rotated in the same direction via the connecting rods 2, and all the sprinkler pipes 4 are integrally raised via the connecting rods 2, and thus the connecting rods 2 and the plurality of sprinkler pipes 4 are raised while being parallel to the ground. To do. The wire 14 is wound around the drum 13 as the sprinkling pipe 4 rotates and rises.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the nozzle 1
As 2 rises from the ground while rotating in the circumferential direction of the sprinkling pipes 4, the spouting liquid 26 spouts radially around each sprinkling pipe 4, and therefore the crop 27 cultivated in the ridge 1

Incidentally, in this spraying, when the rotations of the respective water spray pipes 4 are alternately rotated in the opposite directions, that is, as shown in FIG. 6, the pulley belts 24 are laid between the adjacent pulleys 25. Thus, if every other one of the pulleys 25 for interlocking the sprinkling pipes 4 is rotated in the forward direction and the other is rotated in the reverse direction, from the sprinkling pipes 4 rotating in the forward direction, from above the crop, From the sprinkling pipes 4 which rotate in the opposite direction, the spouts can be spouted from below each of the crops, and more effective spraying can be performed.

The connecting rod 2 and the sprinkling pipe 4 have a predetermined height,
That is, when it moves up near the ceiling structure 15, the driving of the motor block 20 is stopped. When spraying the chemical liquid or water again, the motor block 20 is driven to rotate in the reverse direction and the chain 19 is gradually fed out, and the water spray pipe 4 having the sprocket 18 rotates, and the other water spray pipes 4 interlock with each other to reverse the direction. It rotates and the wire 14 is paid out from the drum 13. When the connecting rod 2 and the sprinkling pipe 4 land, the driving of the motor block 20 is stopped. By repeating this operation a required number of times, desired chemical solution spraying or the like is automatically performed. When the connecting rod 2 and the sprinkler pipe 4 land,
It is also possible to provide a limit switch that operates when reaching the ceiling structure 15 to automatically stop the driving of the motor block 20.

As described above in detail, according to the method for spraying a chemical solution or the like in the horticultural house according to the present invention,
The spraying of chemicals or water in the horticultural house can be done automatically by rotating the sprinkler pipe up and down, evenly and evenly in the circumferential and vertical directions. Of course, it is possible to spray evenly and effectively over the entire area in a short time. Also,
According to the spraying device, the sprinkler pipe is suspended from the ceiling structure of the gardening house, and a single drive source is provided without providing a special suspending and supporting means, and thus it can be provided at low cost. Further, when not spraying, it is possible to suspend the work in the house by hoisting it near the ceiling structure. Moreover, since it is unnecessary for workers to enter the house to perform the spraying work, it is possible to perform the spraying work automatically in a short time without damaging health or causing excessive fatigue. The efficiency can be improved.
