吹付装置4が懸垂され吹付装置4の橇6が旋回シ
ユート8に重錘10で押圧され、吹付ノズル12
から内壁耐火物14の損傷部16に耐火物を吹付
けて補修するのである。この装置は、炉心部に滑
車やワイヤー2等の吹付装置の保持機構が必要で
あり、旋回時に吹付装置が動き補修部分から遊離
するなど安定性に乏しく施工性が悪い。更に吹付
装置が旋回シユート8に沿つて摺動するので、変
形防止用スチフナーが設置されていたりシユート
内面が平坦でない旋回シユート8では使用するこ
とができないという問題点がある。

ートを有する高炉における施工性のすぐれた内壁
補修装置を提供するにある。

すなわち、ベルレス高炉の原料装入用旋回シユー
トの先端に変形防止用スチフナーを介して係止さ
れた補修装置本体と、前記補修装置本体に設置さ
れたノズル昇降装置と、前記昇降装置本体にノズ
ル昇降装置を介して昇降自在に取付けられた不定
形耐火物の吹付ノズルと、を有して成ることを特
徴とする高炉の内壁補修装置である。

吹付ノズル28が図示されている。また炉心の垂
直シユート30を介して水供給ホース32、不定
形耐火物供給ホース34およびノズル昇降装置駆
動用ホース36が取付けられている。
