Abstract

PURPOSE:To repair the damaged part of the refractories in a blast furnace with good workability, stably, by spraying castable refractories from spray nozzles attached freely liftable via a nozzle lifting device to the body of a repairing device detained to the top end of a swiveling chute. 吹付ノズル12から内壁耐火物14の損傷部16に耐火
物を吹付けて補修するのである。この装置は、炉心部に
滑車やワイヤー2等の吹付装置の保持機構が必要であり
、旋回時に吹付装置が動き補修部分から遊離するなど安
定性に乏しく施工性が悪い。更に吹付装置が旋回シュー
ト8に沿って摺動するので、変形防止用スチフナーが設
置されていたりシュート内面が平坦でない旋回シュート
8ては使用することができないという問題点がある。

炉における施工性のすぐれた内壁補修装置を提供するに
ある。

補修装置本体22には第2図に示ず如くノズル昇降装置

火物供給ホース34およびノズル昇降装置駆動用ボース
36が取付けられている。

効率と質のすぐれた内壁補修が可能となり、高炉の炉命
延長および炉況安定に大きく貢献することができた。
