In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of cooked or semi-cooked foods that can be served on the table simply by reheating them in a microwave oven, etc. In order to prevent the taste and quality of such foods from deteriorating, it is necessary to protect them from light, air, etc. It is common practice to hermetically package products using a packaging material containing a thin metal film layer, such as aluminum foil, which has excellent barrier properties against moisture and the like.

To avoid this, the package is opened, the contents are removed, and the contents are transferred to another container and heated.
However, even in that case, it is necessary to further wrap the container with wrap film, which is very troublesome.

問題があつた。 Therefore, in order to save the above-mentioned labor, the inventors have already proposed a bag in which the metal thin film layer can be removed and can be used for cooking as it is. Also, regarding the formation of a peeling start part for peeling and removing the metal thin film layer portion,
The inventors have already proposed methods such as half-cuts and methods in which unbonded portions are provided in advance, but both methods have had problems with positional accuracy, productivity, and ease of peeling off the ends.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a metal thin film layer on the outer surface of a synthetic resin base material whose inner surface is heat-sealable via a urethane adhesive layer and a resin layer having a weaker adhesive strength than the urethane adhesive layer. In a bag consisting of a laminated sheet on which a barrier layer is laminated and the barrier layer can be manually peeled off from a synthetic resin base material, a peeling start part where the barrier layer of the laminated sheet is separated in advance is provided on at least one side of the bag. I left it there.

A metal thin film layer 6, such as a metallized film, is laminated as a barrier layer through the film. Note that it is preferable to provide a surface protection layer 7 on the outer surface of the metal thin film layer 6. This layer 7 is formed by coating with a synthetic resin or bonding a synthetic resin film. Further, a printed layer can be provided on the outer surface of the metal thin film layer 6.

Further, as the thermal adhesive layer 3, polyolefin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. are used. Note that this layer 3 can be omitted if the base material 2 itself has thermal adhesive properties.

An example of the pattern is as shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C, in which the uncoated portions form dotted, linear, or lattice patterns. This resin layer 4 may be provided on the metal thin film layer 6 contrary to FIG. 1.

A reinforcing layer 6' can be provided. This reinforcing layer 6' is made of polyester, polypropylene, nylon, epoxy resin, etc., and prevents corrosion of the metal thin film layer during retort processing, and at the same time increases the thickness as a gas barrier layer and facilitates peeling. Also useful. In addition, Figures 1 and 2

B is a step in which the heat-sealed portion 11 is separated from the base material 2 at the surface of the metal thin film layer 6 in parallel to the flow direction of the material, and 12 in the figure is the separated portion. Further, FIG. 5 shows a cross section of the separated portion. FIG. 4C shows a state in which the side seal 13 of the bag has been applied, whereby the intersection with the part 12 from which the metal thin film layer 6 was separated is bonded again. FIG. 6 shows the final trimmed bag 10. In the figure, 12 is a peeling opening for the metal thin film layer.

This is easily possible, and the width of the separating portion 12 can also be easily changed depending on the degree of insertion.

When the metal thin film layer 6 is pulled together with the surface protection layer 7 using this as a clue, it is peeled off from the base material 2. When the metal thin film layer is peeled off from the opposite side of the bag in the same manner, a bag made of the synthetic resin base material 2 remains as shown in FIG. Just put this bag in the microwave and cook.

By partially separating parallel to the flow direction of the material and then side sealing,
A peel initiation portion is formed.
