Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for use in a microwave oven which can be heated with contents packaged and from which an internal pressure can automatically escape. SOLUTION: The packaging bag for use in a microwave oven comprises a composite film having at least one of surfaces made of a heat-sealable layer wherein a lower member with a heat-sealable surface as an upper surface and an upper member formed with a wing with heat-sealable surfaces sealed and with the heat-sealable surface as a lower surface are overlaid, their periphery is heat-sealed, and an easy-to-peel film is interposed between both sealant layers of the wing. A least one or more means through which steam can easily pass such as a notch, an unsealed portion, a slit and a hole is provided over a portion where the easy-to-peel film of the wing is inserted wherein a ratio of distances from one of ends of the packaging bag to the wing and from the wing to the other end is 1/2 or less.

2. Description of the Related Art When a food sealed in a package or the like is heated using a microwave oven, if the system is kept in a sealed system, the internal pressure in the system increases due to steam generated by heating, and finally the package is heated. It is well known that bags rupture and contents splatter into microwave ovens. Various methods are known to prevent such a rupture of a bag or the like. For example, there is a method of cutting a part of the packaging bag with scissors before heating in a microwave oven, or making a hole in the packaging bag with a sharp-pointed object and then heating (characteristics 10-72070). Also, a nonwoven fabric is provided in a part of the bag so that steam can escape (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-240754), or a weak seal portion or a cutout portion is provided (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-142541, 10-954).

However, these methods have the following problems. For example, it is cumbersome to cut with scissors or make holes before heating. Further, in the method using a non-woven fabric for a part of the bag, the bag is not sealed and freeze-dried for frozen food. In addition, a special device or process is required for manufacturing the packaging bag, which increases the cost. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag for a microwave oven that can heat the contents while being packaged and that can automatically release the internal pressure.

The easy-peeling film may be a single layer or a multi-layer, but is a single film (a laminated film cannot be used because an adhesive or an anchor is used for the content) and can be thermally bonded to the synthetic resin film. There is no particular limitation as long as the strength is lower than the strength of the other seal portion. Further, the easy peel film may be inserted into the entire wing portion or partially.

Further, the inventor of the present invention has provided the wing portion 4 formed in the packaging bag 1 for a microwave oven of the present invention with various easy-to-penetrate means 6 described below, so that the automatic opening at the time of heating by the microwave oven can be performed. I found that it was done stably. Specifically, the steaming means 6 is provided with at least one notch, an unsealed portion, a slit, a hole, and the like so as to hang over a portion of the wing portion where the easy peelable film R is inserted. is there. The distance m from the lowermost end to the lowermost end of the sealing portion of the wing is set to 3 to 8 mm. If the distance m from the lowermost end of the easy-permeation means 6 to the lowermost end of the sealing portion of the wing portion is less than 3 mm, the strength is weak, and there is a possibility that the resin may break into a flowable resin. The distance m from the lower edge to the lowermost edge of the wing seal is 8m.
If it exceeds m, steam escape is unlikely to occur, and there is a possibility that bag breakage from other seal blends may occur.

When the contents are filled in the packaging bag for a microwave oven of the present invention and heated by a microwave oven in a sealed state, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the wing portion having a lower sealing strength than other sealing portions. Starts from the lower end of the seal, and the shape of the peeled portion 7 progresses to an arc or trapezoidal shape. The end of the peeling is easily vaporized means 6 (the easily vaporized means shown is a cut-out type).
When the lower end is reached, an opening 8 is formed. The opening 8 is
The size and shape are determined by the material of the sealant layer, the type of the easy-penetration means, the separation area between the heat-resistant base material layer and the sealant layer, the height of the internal pressure, and the like. Since the vapor Vp is diffused out of the bag from the opening 8 formed in this way, an effect that an explosive opening is avoided can be achieved.

As shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the wing portion 4 of the packaging bag for a microwave oven according to the present invention, when heated by a microwave oven, is placed on the upper portion of the packaging bag which has been stood still. Since it is set to be located, the opening 8 of the packaging bag due to heating is formed at the upper part, so that there is no danger of the contents F spilling, and even if the contents F are mixed with a liquid material or a liquid component. , Does not spill out of the packaging bag through the opening 8.

As shown in FIG. 5, the position of the wing portion in the packaging bag for a microwave oven according to the present invention is offset from the edge of the packaging bag, and the distance from the wing portion to the end portion is as follows. It is desirable that one of the distances is equal to or less than 1 / of the other distance. When the distance is 1/2 or more, a preferable automatic opening cannot be performed in heating by a microwave oven. Specifically, it is desirable to provide a wing portion in the range of a ≦ 1 / 2b in the packaging bag illustrated in FIG.

When the package in which the contents are filled and sealed in the package of the structure and the material described above is heated by a microwave oven, as shown in FIG. Due to the pressure, the peeling starts from the lower end of the heat seal portion of the wing portion. When the peeling occurs, it spreads in an arc shape or trapezoidal shape toward the upper portion, and reaches the lower end portion of the steaming means provided in the wing portion. Then, an opening is formed, and as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the vapor dissipates from the opening and the internal pressure of the packaging bag returns to normal pressure, so that the packaging bag does not explode. Then, when placed in a microwave oven with the wings facing upward and heated, the opening is formed at the top of the packaging bag, so that there is no fear of spilling even if the contents are liquid.

Example 1 A pouch (150 × 200 mm) as shown in FIG. 1A was prepared by using a packaging method in which a stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 μm and a linear low-density polyethylene having a thickness of 60 μm were dry-laminated. . A frozen hamburger (220 g) was put in this packaging bag and heated in a 500 W microwave oven. As a result, steam was gently released from a slit provided in the wing portion after about 3 minutes and 30 seconds. There was no spilling of the contents as it slipped off the top of the pouch. Example 2 A pouch (140 × 180 mm) as shown in FIG. 1 was produced from a packaging material obtained by dry laminating an alumina-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 12 μm, a stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 μm, and an unstretched polypropylene film having a thickness of 60 μm. . After putting curry (200 g) in this packaging bag and retorting, 500 W
As a result of heating in a microwave oven, steam was gently released from the slit provided in the wing portion after about 1 minute and 40 seconds, so that the contents did not spill over.

According to the present invention, as a packaging bag for a microwave oven, the ends of the two upper members are heat-sealed with an easy-peeling film interposed therebetween, and a wing portion is provided. By sealing, the obtained bag is filled with the contents to form a packing bag, and even if the packing bag is heated in a microwave oven in a sealed state, the package is sufficiently heated without explosive breaking. can do. Since the opening is formed in the upper part of the packaging bag, there is no danger of the contents spilling, and the method is excellent as a method that can be directly heated by a microwave oven.
