Abstract

PURPOSE:To preclude risk of leaf springs of a terminal connecting device being set off even though each connector swings transversely and generate a sufficient contact pressure by overlapping two leaf springs one over the other, and furnishing a bend in engagement with the side face of the connector on a left side and a right side differing at their one-side ends. CONSTITUTION:A terminal connecting device 3 is composed of an upper and a lower connector 8, a support 6 holding the middle part between them, and a double structural leaf spring whose middle part is held by the support 6 alongside the outer side of the connectors 8 and which energizes them in the direction of holding. The leaf spring consists of a leaf spring member 9 and outer leaf spring member 11 to decrease the stresses, and these members are provided with bent parts 12, 13 at the left and right sides different from each other.
