[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention is applicable to, for example, in vitro diagnostic drugs, etc.
A lyophilized substance (solute) and a solubilizing agent (solvent) such as a buffer solution, each in a separate container.
It relates to an effective mixing method for dissolving or suspending the solute in the solvent by mixing the solute before use.

For example, for products such as in vitro diagnostic drugs,
In many cases, the solute (solute), such as a freeze-dried product such as an enzyme or other powder, and the solubilizing agent (solvent), such as a buffer solution, are kept in separate containers, often bottles. It is specified that the two should be mixed together at the time of use. In such cases, because it is difficult to remove the entire amount of solute from the bottle, or for the purpose of preventing contamination, the separate bottles may be connected with a connector as shown in Figure 4, making both bottles appear to be one. ,
A method of shaking is often used.

In that case, the connector must be kept clean just like the bottles in the container, and there are many inconveniences such as having to always prepare one connector for each set of bottles to prevent contamination. It was a mess.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is possible to extremely effectively transfer solute and solvent contained in separate containers without using a connector and without worrying about liquid leakage or contamination. The purpose is to provide a method that allows mixing.

In the present invention, when a solute and a solvent contained in separate containers are mixed at the time of use and the solute is dissolved or suspended in the solvent, a glass bottle such as a vial or a glass bottle such as a vial is used as the solute container. A flexible plastic bottle that uses a hard plastic bottle and has an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the solute container so that it can be fitted into the solute container with little force as a solvent container. The solute and the solvent are mixed by fitting the bottle opening of the solute container and the bottle opening of the solvent container using a plastic bottle and shaking the bottle, which are contained in separate containers. This is a method of mixing solute and solvent.

That is, the present inventors have worked diligently to find a method that can effectively mix solute and solvent, which are contained in separate containers, without using a connector and without worrying about liquid leakage or contamination. As a result of repeated research, we have determined that the inner diameter of the bottle opening can be adjusted to fit solute containers such as glass bottles such as vials or hard plastic bottles as a solvent container into the bottle opening of the solute container with a slight force. This purpose is achieved by using a flexible plastic bottle whose outer diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the solute container's bottle spout, fitting the solute container's bottle spout with the solvent container's bottle spout, and shaking the bottle. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that the present invention can be obtained.

In the present invention, the solute container is selected from a glass bottle such as a vial or a hard plastic bottle, and the above flexible plastic bottle is used as the solvent container, and the inner diameter of the bottle opening is set to the outer diameter of the bottle opening of the solute container. The size is slightly smaller, that is, the size is such that the solute container's bottle spout can be fitted into the solvent container's bottle spout with a slight force, and the solute container's bottle spout is fitted into the solvent container's bottle spout as shown in Figure 1. This is done by shaking the mixture.

A more effective embodiment of the present invention is to provide a step as shown in FIG. 2 on the inner surface of the mouth of a flexible plastic bottle and use this step as a solvent container. In this case, the insertion of the solute container bottle opening can be stopped at this level difference, so there is no need to adjust the degree of insertion and standardization can be achieved. Therefore, liquid leakage during shaking can be further prevented. The fitted state is as shown in FIG.
