Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically process a start end of yarn prevented from obstructing when the yarn is delivered from a bobbin by rotating an endless belt driven by the bobbin, supplying a terminal end of the yarn between the endless belt and the bobbin to wind the yarn by several turns, and then removing the endless belt to wind the yarn by rotating the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:While a bobbin 11 is rotated, an endless belt 29 is partly linked wound on the periphery of a yarn winding part 19 of the bobbin 11 and also rotating the endless belt according to rotating the bobbin 11 to supply a terminal end of yarn 4 between the endless belt 29 and the bobbin 11. After the yarn 4 is wound on the bobbin 11 by several times, the endless belt 29 is removed from the bobbin 11 thereafter to wind the yarn 4 of required amount by rotating the bobbin 11. In this way, no labor is required at all except for supplying and taking out the bobbin 11. The terminal end of the wound yarn 4 is rolled in a surface of the yarn winding part 19, and the yarn 4 can be stably delivered.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention provides a method for winding a yarn around a bobbin and an apparatus capable of automatically winding the yarn around the bobbin, and more particularly to a weft bobbin of an annular loom. It is suitable as a method and device for winding a weft thread.

A circular loom is one in which warp threads radially supplied from the outer circumference are opened, and a shuttle that accommodates a weft bobbin is rotated therethrough to weave a tubular woven cloth. Since it does not come out from between the warp threads, it takes a lot of time and labor to replace the weft threads.

Therefore, if a large bobbin is used as the weft bobbin and a large amount of the weft is wound around the bobbin to fill the weft bobbin once, a weft bobbin is woven until a considerable amount of tubular woven cloth is woven. So that you don't have to replace.

The starting end of the winding of the yarn supports the bobbin on the rotary drive device with the end portion of the yarn attached to the outside of the flange of the bobbin, and between the bobbin and the support part of the rotary drive device. I clamped the thread and stopped it. Then, by rotating the bobbin as it is to wind the yarn around the yarn winding portion of the bobbin, the starting end of the yarn protruding from the outer periphery of the bobbin is cut.

However, in this way, when the starting end of the yarn remains along the inside of the flange and the yarn wound on the bobbin is consumed and the winding diameter becomes small,
The starting end of the thread projects from the surface.

Therefore, when the yarn is fed out from the bobbin, the projecting end of the yarn is entangled with the yarn, resulting in a deviation in the tension of the yarn. Particularly in an annular loom driven at a high speed, such a state may cause a large fluctuation in the tension of the yarn, which may cause uneven weaving or yarn breakage.

The starting end of the thread may be adhered with cellophane tape or the like or may be locked by an appropriate locking means to fix the thread on the surface of the thread winding portion of the bobbin and then to wind the thread. However, it takes manpower to process the starting end of the yarn, and the yarn cannot be wound around the bobbin fully automatically.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and automatically processes the starting end of a yarn when winding the yarn on the bobbin, and when the starting end of the yarn is paid out from the bobbin. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and an apparatus for treating a yarn start end that does not become an obstacle.

At the yarn winding position A, the bobbin 11 is supported and rotatably driven by the rotation driving device, the winding start device 21 approaches the bobbin 11, and the endless belt 29 is wound around the yarn winding as shown by the solid line in FIG. Pressed against the part 19 and the roller 2
An endless belt 29 is wound around 6, 27, 28 and the yarn winding portion 19. At this time, due to friction with the yarn winding portion 19, the endless belt 29 is also rotated along with the yarn winding portion 19.

As a result, the end of the yarn 4 hangs down from the yarn gripping member 8 and is placed on the endless belt 29 between the roller 26 and the yarn winding portion 19 in the winding starter 21.
The end of the yarn 4 is drawn between the endless belt 29 and the yarn winding portion 19 by the rotation of the endless belt 29, is sandwiched between the endless belt 29 and the yarn winding portion 19, and is wound around the yarn winding portion 19. To be turned.

After the yarn 4 is sandwiched between the endless belt 29 and the yarn winding portion 19, it is taken up by the rotating force of the bobbin 11. Therefore, the gripping by the thread gripping member 8 is released, and the thread gripping member 8 returns to the upper part of the guide rail 7 again.

When the traverser 13 traverses the yarn 4 several times, the yarn 4 is further wound on the end of the yarn 4, and the surface of the yarn winding portion 19 and the yarn 4 wound on the surface of the yarn winding portion 19 are separated from each other. It is clamped between and fixed. Therefore, when the winding start device 21 is moved to the right in the figure and separated from the bobbin 11, the bobbin 11 rotates at a high speed because the resistance caused by the winding start device 21 disappears. Further, the tip of the thread 4 is the thread winding section 19
The bobbin 11 winds the yarn 4 because it is wound and fixed on the bobbin 11. Further, the traverser 13 traverses the yarn 4 and winds it over the entire width of the bobbin 11.

When the bobbin 11 is wound around the bobbin 11 and the bobbin 11 becomes full, the rotation driving device is stopped and the bobbin 1
The rotation of 1 is stopped, and the thread 4 is cut by the thread cutter 12. Then, the arm 16 of the full bobbin discharging device 15 is rotated clockwise to release the support of the bobbin 11 by the rotation driving device, and the bobbin holding member 17 holds the full bobbin 11. After the full bobbin 11 has been discharged, the empty bobbin 11 at the standby position B is transferred to the yarn winding position A, is supported by a rotary drive device and is rotationally driven, and the winding start device 21 is moved closer. The endless belt 29 is pressure-contacted, the yarn 4 is grasped by the yarn grasping member 8 and moved downward, and the end is placed on the endless belt 29 and wound around the yarn winding section 19.

According to the present invention, while the bobbin 11 is supported by the rotation driving device and is rotationally driven, the endless belt 29 is pressed against the bobbin winding portion 19 of the bobbin 11, and the endless belt 29 is moved together with the bobbin 11. Since the end of the thread 4 is sandwiched between the endless belt 29 and the thread winding section 19 while being rotated and is wound around the thread winding section 19, only the support and rotation drive of the bobbin 11 and the supply of the thread 4 are performed. Thus, the yarn 4 can be automatically wound around the bobbin 11, and the yarn 4 can be wound around the bobbin 11 without requiring any manpower other than supplying and taking out the bobbin 11.

1. While rotating the bobbin (11), a part of the endless belt (29) is hung on the outer periphery of the bobbin winding part (19) of the bobbin (11), and the bobbin (11) is rotated. The endless belt (29) is driven to rotate, the end of the thread (4) is supplied between the endless belt (29) and the bobbin (11), and the thread (4) is wound around the bobbin (11) several times. A method for winding a yarn around a bobbin, characterized in that the endless belt (29) after being removed is removed from the bobbin (11), and then the required amount of the yarn (4) is wound by rotation of the bobbin (11).
