Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention is useful for constructing underground structures such as underground passages under railway tracks or roads before burying the structures. This invention relates to the structure of a pipe roof equipped with an edge plate to prevent the ground above the structure from moving when the structure is buried.

As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the method for constructing such an underground structure is to excavate shafts B and B' on both sides of the planned underground structure across the track A, and to excavate vertical shafts B and B' at appropriate locations under the track A. After constructing a pipe roof protection work by horizontally press-fitting a large number of steel pipes C in close parallel to each other in a direction approximately perpendicular to the track A into the ground at a deep depth, the pipe roof is installed from one shaft to the other. A method has been implemented in which a tunnel is excavated while constructing a support D that supports the earth retaining and steel pipes on the side toward the vertical shaft.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, according to this method, the steel pipe C is buried underground, thereby supporting the track A and the earth cover E, and constructing an underground passage under it. Therefore, in addition to the earth cover E and the diameter of the steel pipe C, a work space is required between the underpass top and the pipe roof, and the underpass must be built deeper by this amount. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the pipe roof for constructing underground structures of the present invention has the following features:
A pipe roof is buried in advance over the entire length between the two shafts before the underground structure is propelled and buried underground, and this pipe roof is connected to the underground structure when the underground structure is propelled. A plurality of hollow pipes with a rectangular cross section to be replaced are arranged in parallel, and an edge cutting plate made of a steel strip having approximately the same width and length as the hollow pipe is placed on the upper surface of each hollow pipe. In addition, the tip of this edge cut plate is fixed to the tip of the hollow pipe, and when the underground structure is propelled or press-fitted, the tip of the edge cut plate is released from the tip of the hollow pipe and fixed underground. The structure is characterized in that the underground structure is replaced with a plurality of hollow pipes along the lower surface thereof.

(Function) The edge cutting plate is placed on a hollow pipe with a rectangular cross section that forms the pipe roof, and its tip is integrally fixed to the tip of the hollow pipe, so it can be easily inserted into the ground together with the hollow pipe. It can be press-fitted into.

After this hollow pipe mounted on the edge cut plate was buried between the starting shaft and the destination shaft, the tip of the edge cut plate and the tip of the hollow pipe were unfastened, and the edge cut plate was fixed underground using an appropriate fixing means. If the front end of the underground structure is brought into contact with the rear end of the hollow pipe and the underground structure is propelled, the hollow pipe and the underground structure will move toward the reaching shaft side while sliding against the bottom surface of the hollow pipe using the cutting plate as a guide. The hollow pipe and underground structure are replaced, and the edge cutting board is left underground.

In this way, since the hollow pipe constituting the pipe roof is removed, the depth of construction of the underground structure becomes shallower by an amount corresponding to the diameter of the hollow pipe, and the slope of the approach to the underground structure is made gentler and the slope The length can be shortened, and the hollow pipe can be used on the ground after being removed, which is economical. In addition, because the rim plate is left underground, not only is it impossible to move surface soil when replacing a hollow pipe with an underground structure, but also the rim of a wide underground structure cannot be moved. It can be smoothly propelled along the lower surface of the cutting board.

To construct such an underground structure 1, first, shafts 7 and 8 are excavated in the ground on both sides of the track 2, and then the starting shaft 7 is excavated at the location where the upper floor components of the planned underground structure 1 are planned. A hollow pipe 9 having a rectangular cross section is horizontally press-fitted in a direction that crosses the track 2.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the structure of the pipe roof for constructing underground structures of the present invention, when constructing an underground structure in the ground between the departure side vertical shaft and the destination side vertical shaft, the underground structure A pipe roof that is buried over the entire length between the compatible shafts before an object is propelled and buried underground, and this pipe roof is replaced with the underground structure when the underground structure is propelled. Multiple hollow pipes with a rectangular cross section are installed side by side,
An edge cutting plate made of a strip steel plate having approximately the same width and length as the hollow pipe is placed on the upper surface of each hollow pipe, and the tip of this edge cutting plate is fixed to the tip of the hollow pipe. When the cutting plate is used to promote the underground structure and press fit, the fixed part of the tip is released from the tip of the hollow pipe, and while it is fixed underground, the underground structure and the plurality of hollow pipes are replaced along the lower surface of the plate. Since the edge cutting plate is placed on a hollow pipe with a rectangular cross section that forms the pipe roof, and its tip is integrally fixed to the tip of the hollow pipe, this edge By sequentially press-fitting and burying the cut plates together with the hollow pipe into the ground, it is possible to easily form a pipe roof having a desired width over the entire length between the departure side shaft and the destination side shaft.

Furthermore, after burying this pipe roof, the tip of the edge cut plate and the tip of the hollow pipe are unfastened, and only the edge cut plate is fixed in the ground with an appropriate fixing means. With the front end surface of the underground structure in contact with the rear end surface of the roof over the front width of the pipe roof, all the hollow pipes forming the pipe roof and the underground structure are connected to the bottom surface of the edge cutting plate. The pipe roof can be smoothly propelled toward the reaching shaft side while sliding in contact with the pipe roof, and the pipe roof and the underground structure can be easily replaced.

Since the pipe roof and the underground steel structure are replaced in this way, the construction depth of the underground structure can be reduced by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the pipe roof, and therefore the slope of the approach to the underground passage can be reduced. The slope can be made gentler and the slope length can be shortened, and
Since the plurality of hollow pipes forming the pipe roof are pushed out into the reaching side shaft and removed, the hollow pipes can be reused, which is economical.

In addition, since the plurality of edge cutting plates are left in parallel and left underground, even when replacing the pipe roof with a wide underground structure, there is no need to move the earth and sand on the surface layer. There is no risk of adverse effects on the above ground side, and construction work of underground structures can be carried out efficiently.

1. When constructing an underground structure in the ground between the starting side shaft and the destination side shaft, a pipe that is buried in advance over the entire length between the two shafts before propelling and burying the underground structure underground. This pipe roof has a plurality of hollow pipes with a rectangular cross section arranged in parallel to replace the underground structure when the underground structure is propelled, and the hollow pipe is arranged on the upper surface of each hollow pipe. An edge cutting plate made of a strip steel plate having approximately the same width and length as the hollow pipe is placed, and the tip of the edge cutting plate is fixed to the tip of the hollow pipe. It is characterized by being configured such that the fixed end portion is released from the tip of the hollow pipe during press-fitting, and the underground structure and the plurality of hollow pipes are replaced along the lower surface of the hollow pipe while being fixed underground.
