That is, to explain this with reference to FIG. 1, a desired dielectric sheet 2 to be drawn is placed on a grounded metal plate 1, and a power source 3 and, if necessary, a high voltage generator (not shown) are placed on that surface. Using a conductive stylus 5 whose handle 4 is connected to an electrically insulating material, the user draws a pen according to a desired letter, picture, pattern, etc. As a result, electrostatic charges are charged on the dielectric sheet 2 along the stroke of the pen. If a powder paint such as a powder for voltage detection is sprinkled on this, the paint will adhere to the charge area of the electrostatic charge, and the desired written letters or pictures will be visualized on the dielectric sheet 2. It happens. However, the pens that use this kind of electrostatic electrography use conductive metal or carbon rods, and the tip is machined appropriately to form a stylus shape or a rounded tip shape. That is the reality. Even if such a conventional pen writes a desired character or picture on a dielectric sheet, a visible image that can be seen with the naked eye does not appear on the dielectric sheet, but is a latent image. Therefore, if the calligraphy work is interrupted or the calligrapher is replaced, even if the calligraphy work is to be continued again, it is impossible to determine where the calligraphy work was interrupted, making it impossible to continue the calligraphy work. Furthermore, even if there is an error in the brushstrokes, the error cannot be recognized because it is a latent image, and the error caused by the brushstroke cannot be corrected, and becomes visible in the subsequent work of applying powder paint. The reality was that the mistake was only recognized at the stage.

In the figure, reference numeral 11 is an outer cylinder made of an electrical insulator such as synthetic resin or ceramics, and 12 is a circle (corner) made of a conductive material fixed to the end of the outer cylinder 11 by means such as screwing. It is a cone-shaped cap, and a steel ball 13 is rotatably held at its tip 12A in a state of protruding to the outside. An ink injection tube 14 for supplying display liquid such as ink to the steel ball 13 is connected to the steel ball 13 by passing through the cap 12, and is housed in the outer cylinder 11. Reference numeral 15 denotes a conductive wire for transmitting power from a power source (not shown) to the cap 12, which is connected via a switch mechanism 16 and housed in the outer cylinder 11. Note that if a conductive material is used for the ink injection tube 14, the ink injection tube 1
4 also serves as the conductive wire 15, so the conductive wire 1
5 may be omitted. 17 is a ground conductor and the outer cylinder 11
It is led out via a conductive wire 18.

That is, viscous ink A for ballpoint pens, for example, is injected into the ink injection tube 14 in advance, the conductive wire 15 is connected to a power source (not shown), and the ground conductor 17 is connected to the dielectric sheet shown in FIG. It is grounded together with the power supply ground through the metal plate 1 on the back side of the device. In this state, a DC voltage of approximately 700 to 5000 V is applied between the cap 12 and the ground, and the steel ball 13 is placed on the dielectric sheet 2 to write in accordance with desired letters, pictures, patterns, etc. . As a result, ink A is poured out onto the dielectric sheet 2 through the holding gap of the steel ball 13 according to the stroke, and the line drawing is visualized and displayed, and the dielectric sheet 2
Electrostatic charges are charged upward along the stroke. Next, when powder paint is sprinkled onto the dielectric sheet 2, the powder paint adheres to the areas drawn with ink A and charged with electrostatic charge according to the above-mentioned strokes.

は勿論である。 As a power source, an appropriate conventionally commonly used DC high voltage power source which is required separately may be prepared externally, or a conventionally known step-up circuit may be implemented by storing dry batteries in the outer tube 11 of the present invention. You may use a power supply that is built in and boosts the voltage to a desired high voltage, or even a 100V household AC power supply can be used if a conventionally known AC to DC conversion circuit and booster circuit are built into the outer cylinder 11. You can. Of course, these can be selected and used as appropriate.

When continuing work again, it is extremely easy to determine where to continue the work, which not only makes it easier to continue work, but also makes it possible to clearly identify typographical errors caused by mistakes in handwriting, and mistakes in pictures and patterns. Therefore, it is possible to recognize the location where the charge charge is to be corrected, and the charge charge can be corrected very easily. Furthermore, since the pen tip is made of a rotatable steel ball like a ballpoint pen, writing strokes are extremely smooth and workability is improved, and damage to the dielectric sheet caused by writing strokes is reduced, making the charging work of writing strokes economical and efficient. It has the advantage that it can be carried out reliably.
