[Prior Art] Conventionally, in manufacturing decorative panels for construction of this type, as shown in FIG. 5, joint members 12 made of rubber or the like are connected in a lattice shape on a flat plate 11 made of iron plate. A decorative material 8' such as tile or stone is laid between the joint members 12, and a hydraulic material 9' such as concrete or mortar is laid from above.
After the decorative member 8′ and the hydraulic material 9′ are cured integrally, the flat plate 11 and the joint member 1
2, a decorative panel for construction is produced which is made up of a decorative member 8' and a hydraulic material 9', and in which joints are formed between the decorative members 8', 8', . . . .

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, the external dimensions of the decorative member 8' cannot be made with perfect precision, and it is normal that there is a certain degree of dimensional error (for example, about 2 to 3 mm). Therefore, when manufacturing the conventional architectural decorative panel described above, even if the joint member 12 is made of a rubber material or the like and has minute elasticity, the above-mentioned dimensional error of the decorative member 8' is caused by the joint member 12. When a large number of decorative members 8' are laid, some of the decorative members 8' may rise or a gap may be created between the decorative member 8' and the joint member 12, causing the hydraulic substance 9' to be absorbed. Inconveniences such as intrusion occurred. Also,
For the same reason, the joint member 12 is the decorative member 8'.
They were firmly wedged in between, and it required a great deal of effort to separate the completed architectural decorative panel from the flat plate 11 and the joint member 12.

Furthermore, when connecting a large number of architectural decorative panels in a planar manner, no improvements have been made to the joining surfaces in the case of architectural decorative panels manufactured from conventional architectural decorative panel production forms. Therefore, not only accurate and smooth construction work could not be carried out, but also disadvantages remained, such as rainwater entering through the joints.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The problem in manufacturing the conventional architectural decorative panel described above is that it has a flat bottom portion on which a decorative member is laid and a surrounding frame connected to the bottom portion, and the upper surface of the bottom portion A convex part for joints is continuously recessed along the outer shape of the decorative member up to the surrounding frame, and a cut groove is provided below the convex part for joints. The joint convex portion is made of a flexible material, and a surrounding frame stepped portion is recessed in the inner corner of the upper surface of one side of the surrounding frame, and the surrounding frame on the other side opposite to the surrounding frame on one side is recessed. The present invention is solved by a formwork for manufacturing decorative panels for construction, characterized in that a peripheral frame convex portion having a cross-sectional shape substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the peripheral frame stepped portion is recessed in the inner corner portion of the upper surface. It is something.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a mold for manufacturing decorative architectural panels according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the formwork 1 for manufacturing architectural decorative panels is made of a slightly flexible material, such as a rubber material or a soft resin material such as urethane, and has good shape retention and flexibility. It has a certain degree of surface elasticity, and the bottom part 2 on the flat plate and the surrounding frame 3 are integrally connected, and the top surface of the bottom part 2 has a convex part 4 for joints and a decorative member 8 made of tile, stone, etc. A cut groove is formed continuously along the outer shape of the joint up to the peripheral frame 3, and a cut groove is formed below the joint convex portion 4.

When using the formwork 1 for manufacturing decorative architectural panels, as shown in FIG. The required number of decorative members 8 are laid on the upper surface of the bottom 2 with the convex parts 4 for joints interposed therebetween, and reinforcing members 10 made of metal steel, iron bars, etc. are arranged as needed, and from above the decorative members 8 are laid. The hydraulic substance 9 is poured into the decorative member 8 and the hydraulic substance 9 is cured integrally with the decorative member 8.
The panel is removed from the mold, and a decorative panel for construction is completed with decorative members arranged on the surface and joints arranged between the decorative members.

[Operations and Effects of the Invention] As described in detail above, in the formwork for manufacturing decorative panels for construction according to the present invention, the formwork for manufacturing decorative panels for construction has flexibility and is flexible under convex portions such as joints. is provided with cut grooves, so even if there is a dimensional error in the decorative component, the cut groove easily deforms along with the deformation of the formwork material itself for manufacturing decorative architectural panels, so the dimensional error can be absorbed. This method eliminates the drawbacks of conventional formwork of this type, such as the decorative member floating up from the bottom of the formwork for manufacturing decorative panels for construction, or the creation of gaps between the decorative member and the convex parts for joints. It is. In addition, the formwork for manufacturing decorative architectural panels can easily perform a demolding operation to separate the decorative architectural panel manufactured by the formwork for manufacturing decorative architectural panels of the present invention from the formwork for manufacturing decorative architectural panels. Because it can be bent and the joint member does not bite firmly between the decorative members,
This allows suitable demolding work to be performed extremely easily and without requiring much effort.

Furthermore, in the case of architectural decorative panels manufactured from the formwork for manufacturing decorative architectural panels of the present invention, the peripheral frame stepped portions and the convex portions and stepped portions corresponding to the peripheral frame convex portions face each other in the vertical and horizontal directions. Because it is formed in both directions or in either direction, when connecting a large number of architectural decorative panels in a planar manner, it is necessary to connect the protrusions and steps of the joint pieces of adjacent architectural decorative panels. By continuing the assembling process, it is possible to perform accurate and smooth connection work, and the intrusion of rainwater etc. from the joints is completely prevented, making it possible to provide an ideal decorative panel for construction work. .
