<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, the hollow cement board has multiple hollow parts that penetrate in the in-plane direction, and it is difficult to use an exterior board formed by pasting a decorative stone board on the hollow cement board. When abutting each other, the opening in the end face formed by the hollow portion must be filled or otherwise treated. Moreover, this processing operation presents many problems such as damage to the end face of the hollow cement board and the processing operation itself becoming extremely complicated.

<Means for solving the problem> This invention was devised in view of the above problems.
First, a back-up material is placed at a predetermined position in the hollow part opened at the end surface, and the back-up material is filled with resin mortar to close the opening and form a planar shape, and grooves are formed in the planar end surface. The groove is formed by cutting, and a gasket is fitted into the groove. Therefore, the gaskets can be brought into elastic contact with each other at the opposing end faces, thereby providing a suitable joint structure.

<Function> In other words, the filled resin mortar becomes integral with the hollow cement board, making the cutting work of the groove smooth and improving the shape accuracy of the groove, so that the gasket can be securely fitted into the groove. Therefore, a reliable sealing state is ensured at the joints on the end faces of the exterior material.

FIG. 1 is a schematic plan cross-sectional view showing the state of construction of the outer wall. As the exterior material, a decorative stone board 2 is pasted on the surface of a hollow cement board 1. As a specific means of pasting, the reinforcing hardware 22 inserted from inside the hollow part 11 is used as a backing material for the fastener 3,
Both are attached by bolts 33, 33. And dowel pins 31, 31 installed upright on Fastener 3
is inserted into the dowel hole of the decorative stone board 2.
The hollow cement board 1 is made of asbestos cement or the like, and has a plurality of hollow parts 11, 11, . . . formed in the vertical direction within its surface. The decorative stone board 2 is made of a thick decorative ceramic board, neopalier, etc., and a plurality of these are pasted on the surface of one hollow cement board 1.

In constructing the outer wall, a weir plate 5 is provided on the back side of the hollow cement board 1 via a separator 4, and a formwork space 0 is formed between the hollow cement board 1 and the weir plate 6.
This involves pouring concrete into the concrete. As a result, the outer wall of the building is constructed in the state shown in the schematic longitudinal cross-sectional view of FIG.

FIG. 3 is a schematic front view showing the surface of the outer wall. In the above-mentioned building exterior materials, if the mutual butting end surfaces (section A in Fig. 2) remain as they are, the hollow part 11 of the hollow cement board 1 will open, making it difficult to securely fit the gasket etc. Can not.
Therefore, as shown in the cross-sectional schematic diagram of Fig. 4, the hollow part 1

Furthermore, a resin mortar 13 is filled up to the backup material 12 to form the end surface into a substantially planar shape. Although the partially cured resin mortar 13 easily flows out and flows down, the back-up material 12 prevents the hollow part 1
It hardens over time without flowing down into the liquid. Further, when hardened, the material of the hollow cement board 1 is similar in physical properties to the so-called asbestos cement, so its end face can be easily cut with a sander or the like, and grooves 14 with high dimensional accuracy can be formed. Usually, the groove 14 is cut to a predetermined width and depth in the longitudinal direction of the end surface. As shown in FIG. 5, a gasket G1 made of neoprene or the like is fitted into the groove 14. This gasket G 1 is the opposite end gasket G 2
It is fitted in such a way that it is in elastic contact with. Therefore, at the butt end faces of the exterior materials formed by the decorative stone plates 2, 2... and the hollow cement board 1, the openings of the hollow parts are closed and the end faces become flat, making it possible to cut and form highly accurate grooves. This also ensures that the gaskets G, G 1 and G 2 fit securely. This allows the opposed gaskets G 1 and G 2 to maintain a uniform state of contact.
Furthermore, by filling the space between the end faces with a sealing material c, the sealed state can be further ensured.

<Effects> As described above, the joint structure of the present invention is extremely practical as it is easy to construct and a complete sealing state can be obtained in the gasket.
