Abstract

PURPOSE:To promote work efficiency by arranging joints combined with concrete panels to the insides of blockouts provided to edges of the concrete panels, and projecting the joints to the insides of adjacent concrete panels to connect them to each other. CONSTITUTION:Blockouts 6 are provided to the edges of concrete panels 1. After that, joints 7 combined with the concrete panels 1 are arranged to the insides of the blockouts 6, and the joints 7 are projected to the insides of the blockouts 6 of adjacent concrete panels 1 so as to introduce the joints into them to connect them to each other. Then, the joints 7 and 7 are lapped in mounting holes formed by connecting adjacent blackouts 6 and 6 to each other, and they are connected with fasteners such as bolts and nuts.

2. Description of the Related Art When a large number of concrete panels are laid on a construction surface to form a large floor surface and the concrete panels are connected to each other, a connecting tool is projected from a side surface of the concrete panel as a connecting means. However, the connecting tool interferes with the adjacent panels, making it difficult to lay the panels in close contact with each other, resulting in an excessive gap between the panels. Also, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-57153,
When the sheet-like connecting pieces are attached to one side or the other side of the concrete panel so as to be joined to the lower surface of the concrete panel, the connecting work from the upper side of the concrete panel becomes difficult, and the work is difficult. However, there is a drawback in that the construction period and the construction cost are increased.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention
When a large number of panels are laid to form an outdoor or indoor floor surface, there is an existing gap between the panels due to the presence of a connecting tool, which makes it difficult to lay them closely, and after laying the panels. By effectively solving the problem that the work from the panel upper surface becomes difficult, and by allowing the panels to be laid closely, the connection work from the panel upper surface after the laying can be easily performed.

While laying the control panel closely, the joints placed in each notch can be introduced into each other notch to connect to each other, and the joint interferes with the adjacent concrete panel as in the past. The problem of creating excessive gaps between panels can be eliminated, and in addition, after laying each concrete panel closely, connecting work can be easily performed from the top side of the panel, and each concrete panel can be closely attached. The construction work is possible while the connection work is significantly simplified, and the construction period and construction cost can be significantly reduced.

The concrete panel 1 has vertical and horizontal joints 2.
Is divided into a large number of small blocks 3 by the weak joints 4 at the bottom of the joint 2, and the weak joints 4 are cracked by applying a walking load, for example. It is constructed so that it can be laid in a well-known manner. In the weak joint portion 4, even after the weak joint portion 4 is cracked by, for example, extending a joint body 5 such as a net material embedded in the entire concrete panel 1, each of the joint bodies 5 is broken. The small blocks 3 are connected to each other.

A notch 6 is provided at the edge of the concrete panel 1, and a joint 7 integral with the concrete panel 1 is arranged in the notch 6, and the joint 7 is notched in an adjacent concrete panel 1. It is configured so that they are projected into each other so as to be introduced into each other and are coupled to each other.

For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the joint 7 is formed by bending both ends of one rod into a hook or ring shape, and a connecting rod portion 8 connecting both joints is formed into a first rod.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the concrete panel 1 described above.
The mortar 9 which is provided horizontally in the joint 2 and is filled in the joint 2.
And the like, the joints 7 at both ends are arranged in the notch 6, and a part of the hook-shaped or ring-shaped joint 7 is provided.
Of the recesses 6 of the adjacent concrete panels 1 as shown in FIG. 8 and the both are superposed in the recesses 6 and 6. Let Both notches due to the overlapping 6,6
To form a mounting hole 12, the joints 7, 7 are superposed in the mounting hole 12, and a connecting hole 10 formed by the superposition is used to form a bolt nut as shown in FIG. Connect using fasteners such as 11. Preferably, approximately half of the joint 7 projects laterally from the notch 6 so as to complementarily form the connecting hole 10 when superposed. That is, when the joint 7 is formed into a hook shape or a ring shape, approximately half of the holes are projected from the side surface of the concrete panel 1.

As the joint 7, a press-fitting pin, a crimping tack, or the like can be used in addition to the above-mentioned bolt. Instead of using these fasteners, the joints 7 themselves may be engaged with each other and twisted or the like to be directly coupled. Therefore, the joint 7 is not limited to the hook shape or the ring shape.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to lay the concrete panels in close contact with each other and to introduce the joints arranged in the respective notches into the other notches for connection. It is possible to solve the problem that the joint interferes with the adjacent concrete panels and creates an excessive gap between the panels as in the conventional case.In addition, after laying the concrete panels closely, The connection work can be easily performed from the panel upper surface side, and the close connection work of each concrete panel can be performed, the connection work can be significantly simplified, and the construction period and the construction cost can be significantly reduced.
