Description
Claims (21)
- 1.リン酸カルシウム鉱物生成物の調製のための生成物を調製するための方法で あって; 反応体としての少なくとも1種のカルシウム源及び未結合水を有さない酸性ホス フェート源を、リン酸四カルシウム及び酸性ホスフェート源の部分的反応のため の十分な時間、反応を引き起こす条件下で機械的に混合することを含んで成り、 それによって、乾燥生成物が、前記反応体の実質的に完全な反応により固体生成 物を形成するために滑剤との組合せのために生成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 2.前記カルシウム源がリン酸四カルシウム及び少なくとも1種の他の塩基性カ ルシウム化合物である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 3.前記酸性ホスフェート源がオルト−リン酸結晶又はリン酸−カルシウム又は その−水和物である請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。
- 4.実質的に無水形での前記有機ポリマーが前記混合の完結より遅くない時点で 添加される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 5.前記反応体が約1.25〜2.0:1のカルシウム:ホスフェートモル比を 提供する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 6.前記反応体が約500ミクロン以下の大きさの粉末である請求の範囲第1項 記載の方法。
- 7.前記滑剤が水性であり、そしてタンパク質を含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方 法。
- 8.実質的に無水形でのタンパク質が、前記混合の完結よりも遅くない時点で添 加される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 9.前記有機ポリマーがタンパク質である請求の範囲第4項記載の方法。
- 10.水酸化リン灰石生成物の調製のための生成物を調製するための方法であっ て: 反応体としてのリン酸四カルシウム及び未結合水を有さない酸性ホスフェート源 を、前記リン酸四カルシウム及び酸性ホスフェート源の少なくとも5重量%が反 応するのに十分な時間、反応を引き起こす条件下で機械的に混合することを含ん で成り、それによって、乾燥生成物が、前記反応体の実質的に完全な反応により 固体水酸化リン灰石生成物を形成するために滑剤との組合せのために生成される ことを特徴とする方法。
- 11.タンパク質が前記機械的混合の完結よりも遅くない時点で組合される請求 の範囲第10項記載の方法。
- 12.前記タンパク質がコラーゲンである請求の範囲第11項記載の方法。
- 13.前記反応体が少量の少なくとも1種の酸化カルシウム及び炭酸カルシウム を含んで成る請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。
- 14.前記酸性ホスフェート源がオルト−リン酸結晶又はリン酸−カルシウム又 はその−水和物である請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。
- 15.前記反応体が約500ミクロン以下の大きさの粉末である請求の範囲第1 0項記載の方法。
- 16.前記滑剤が水性であり、そしてタンパク質を含む請求の範囲第10項記載 の方法。
- 17.前記タンパク質がコラーゲンである請求の範囲第16項記載の方法。
- 18.前記機械的混合がボールミル粉砕である請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。
- 19.請求の範囲第1項記載の方法に従って調製される組成物。
- 20.請求の範囲第10項記載の方法に従って調製される組成物。
- 21.水性滑剤に分散される請求の範囲第19項記載の組成物。
