本考案は自動車の火災を防止する装置に係り、
とくに自動車に実装された電装品からガソリン等

従来技術
近年においては、自動車の安全性が大きな課題
となつており、シートベルト、バンパー、車体構
造等が改良され、自動車の安全性が高まつてい
る。このため衝突等の事故により死亡したり、重

考案が解決しようとする問題点

燃料タンクや燃料パイプから燃料(ガソリン等)
が漏れることがある。ただ漏れるだけであれば危
険性はほとんどないが、引火すれば燃料は燃焼性
が非常に高いため素早く、且つ激しく燃え広が
る。このためたとえ衝突等の事故自体で死傷しな
くても、自動車の火災により焼死したり、大火傷
を負うことがある。燃料への引火は、主に自動車
の電装系から起こると考えられるが、従来の自動
車においては電装系から燃料への引火を防ぐこと
は特に行われていなかつた。このため、事故自体
ではなく、自動車の火災によつて死傷することが

る。バツテリーBaと電装品(図示せず、電装品

動車火災防止装置によれば、事故等による自動車
の燃料漏れを検出したときに、バツテリーと電装
品との間の電気的接続を遮断するので、事故時や
自動車の車両異常時に、漏れたガソリンに電装品
もしくはバツテリーと電装品の間の電源ラインか
ら引火することがなくなり、自動車の火災が防止
