Claims (12)
- 1.金属製エンクロージャ内に配置されたコイル状コンダクタであって交流で発 生された第1の電磁場を発生すべく動作するコイル状コンダクタを含む金属検出 器において、さらに、前記第1の電磁場に対向する第2の磁場を発生する手段で あって固定的な第2の磁場発生手段を含み、前記第2の磁場発生手段の少なくと も一部は、前記第1の電磁場内にあって前記コイル状コンダクタの近くに配置さ れている、ことを特徴とする金属探知器。
- 2.前記コイル状コンダクタはアパーチユアを規定する、請求の範囲1に記載の 金属探知器。
- 3.前記開口は、前記コイル状コンダクタを介して前記アパーチユアと同軸的な 複数のアパーチユアが前記エンクロージャの対向する部位に形成されている、請 求の範囲2に記載の金属探知器。
- 4.前記第2の磁場発生手段は、前記コイル状コンダクタの対向する端部に配置 されている、請求の範囲1,2または3に記載の金属探知器。
- 5.前記第2の磁場発生手段の全ては、前記エンクロージャ内に配置されている 、請求の範囲1,2,3または4に記載の金属探知器。
- 6.前記第2の磁場発生手段の少なくとも一部は、前記エンクロージャの外に配 置されている、請求の範囲1,2,3または4に記載の金属探知器。
- 7.前記第2の磁場発生手段は、導電材料製の少なくとの1つの第2のコイルを 含む、請求の範囲1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の金属探知器。
- 8.前記少なくとも1つの第2のコイルは、前記第1の電磁場用コイル状コンダ クタと同じ周波数でかつ逆極性で励起されて作用する、請求の範囲1〜7のいず れか1項に記載の金属探知器。
- 9.前記第2のコイルは、強さおよび位相において格付けされている、請求の範 囲6または8に記載の金属探知器。
- 10.前記第2の磁場発生手段は、短絡されかつアースされた少なくとも1つの コイルを含む、請求の範囲1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の金属探知器。
- 11.前記第2の磁場発生手段は、金属板、金属チューブおよび金属スクリーン のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の金属 探知器。
- 12.第4図および第5図を参照して説明した金属探知器。
