2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a container for a microwave oven, in general, a container made of ceramics or a synthetic resin is used in order to avoid electric discharge (spark) generated during irradiation of microwaves. Since there is also a demand to use a container made of metal such as aluminum suitable for a microwave oven also as a microwave oven, various proposals have been made to prevent discharge even if the container is made of metal. .. The examples disclosed in JP-A-63-191779 and JP-A-64-37368 are examples thereof. In those disclosed in these publications, a metal is placed in an outer container made of synthetic resin or paper. The container made is housed, and a gap is provided between the bottom surface of the outer container and the bottom surface of the metal container. At that time, in the case of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 64-37368, holes are provided at the four corners of the outer container in order to prevent charring at the corners of the outer container (outer box) due to the phenomenon of microwave concentration. It is configured to be worn.

On the other hand, when putting cooked food in a container for a microwave oven and heating it, it is desirable to heat the food uniformly and to prevent the heating from taking too long. Therefore, in order to eliminate such uneven heating and shorten the heating time, it is considered that a container having a multilayer structure including a metal layer and a plastic layer is effective, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-1.
In the one described in Japanese Patent No. 5548, a food cooking container has a base material made of paper or the like, a protective layer made of plastic or the like formed on a food contact surface of the base material, the protective layer and the base material. And a conductive element metal layer such as an aluminum vapor deposition layer disposed between the material and the material. Also,
According to the one disclosed in JP-A-3-29780, a composite container having a multilayer structure including a metal layer and a plastic layer,
A magnetic layer is provided so as to face the metal layer with the plastic layer in between.

However, the above-mentioned JP-A-63-191779 or JP-A-64-3 is used.
Although the spark plug can be prevented by the method described in Japanese Patent No. 7368, no effect can be expected in terms of uniform heating and shortening of the heating time.
Each of those disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 548 or JP-A-3-29780 is a composite container having a multi-layer structure composed of a laminate of a metal layer and a plastic layer, which is a container made of a single metal such as aluminum. However, the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-29780 has a problem in that the generation of sparks during microwave irradiation cannot be excluded.

A heating sheet having an indium tin oxide layer is attached to the outer surface of the bottom of the metal container, or a heating sheet such as a non-woven fabric or cotton containing water is attached so that the indium tin oxide layer is formed by microwaves. Heat is generated or moisture is generated, and the cooked food is uniformly heated in a short time by both the direct heating by the microwave and the heating from the heat-generating sheet and cooked. At that time, since excess microwaves are absorbed by the heat generating sheet, it is possible to prevent charring from occurring in the corners of the outer container, and between the bottom surface of the metal container and the bottom surface of the paper outer container. The formation of the gap (air layer) prevents the occurrence of sparks in the metal container.

Further, an outer container 9 for accommodating the container 1
Is an assembly container made of paper or synthetic resin, and has a rectangular bottom plate 10, a front plate 11, a rear plate 12 and two side plates 13, 13 which are erected on respective sides of the bottom plate 10.
And a container main body provided with a tray support plate 14 in the shape of a letter V that is continuously provided on each of these upper sides, and a rear plate 12 of this container main body
And a lid portion 16 which is connected to the upper side in a bendable manner and has an insertion flap 15 at the tip. And

In the container 1 having the above-mentioned structure and the top plate covered with the cooked food, the flange portion 2 is placed on the tray support plate 14 of the outer container 9, as shown in FIG. Stored in the outer container 9 in a suspended state,
The upper surface is covered with the lid portion 16 for distribution / sale. Then, at the time of use, the lid 16 of the outer container 9 is opened, the top plate of the inner container 1 is removed, the lid 16 is closed again, and the outer container 9 is put in the microwave oven for cooking. When microwaves are radiated during cooking, the heat-generating sheet 4 attached to the outer surface of the bottom of the container 1 generates heat. Therefore, the cooked food is uniformly heated by both direct heating by microwaves and heating from the heat-generating sheet 4. And it is heated and cooked in a short time. At this time, the extra microwaves (electromagnetic waves) are absorbed by the heat generating sheet 4, and the microwaves concentrated in the corners of the tray support plate 14 of the outer container 9 are weakened, so that charring occurs in the corners. Can be prevented. In addition, a gap (air layer) is formed between the bottom surface of the container 1 and the bottom surface of the outer container 9.
The formation of 17 prevents sparks from being generated from the lower part of the container 1. In addition, when the container 1 of this embodiment is used, the heat generating sheet 4 has a considerably high temperature, so that it is possible to add a brown mark to the food as the content.

Although the container is made of aluminum in the above embodiment, iron foil may be used instead of aluminum. Further, in the above-mentioned examples, the layer structure of the heat generating sheet was the PET film layer / indium tin oxide vapor-deposited layer / quality paper layer. However, in this layer structure, a PET (thickness 12 μ) film layer was used instead of the quality paper layer. May be.

FIG. 5 is a view showing the layer structure of a heat generating sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, cotton 18 is placed in a bag 19 made of an elongated non-woven fabric to form a water absorbing heat generating sheet 20. Then, the adhesive 21 is applied to one surface of the heat generating sheet 20 and attached to the tray body. At the time of use, after the cotton 18 in the bag 19 is impregnated with water, the container with the heat generating sheet 20 is put in a microwave oven for cooking. Even when such a heat generating sheet 20 is used, the microwaves can be absorbed by water to generate heat, and therefore, the same operational effect as that of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.
