There is. This type of method, as shown in Figure 3,
Since the transfer foil b is transferred while being pressed and heated by the heat roll a, the object c to be transferred such as a plastic bottle is significantly thermally deformed, and as shown in the figure (b), there may be some defects around the pattern d to be transferred. There is a drawback that the necessary blank area e is transferred, and the gloss, color, etc. of that area look different and spoil the appearance.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and prevents thermal deformation from occurring on a transfer target such as a plastic container during transfer. The purpose is to provide a method for producing a transfer product that allows only the pattern part to be beautifully transferred.

(Means for Solving the Problem) As a means for solving this problem, the present invention provides a technique for closely adhering a vapor-deposited foil having a metal vapor-deposited portion partially corresponding to the pattern onto a transferred object such as plastic. By pressurizing and placing in a high frequency heating atmosphere,
Only the pattern portion is transferred to the object to be transferred by induction heating and thermal transfer only the metal vapor deposited portion of the vapor deposited foil.

FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of the vapor-deposited foil used in the present invention. As shown in A, the surface of the base material 1 made of synthetic resin is first coated with acrylic or chlorinated rubber by a printing process. A release varnish 2 and a protective layer 3 of thermosetting resin are provided, and a predetermined pattern 4 is printed thereon together with a water-based varnish 5.

After that, the aqueous varnish 5 is removed by washing with water as shown in C, and the surface is coated with an adhesive varnish base 8 and an adhesive varnish 9 made of acrylic, salt-vinyl acetate, polyester or urethane in a coating process as shown in D. By doing so, the vapor-deposited foil 10 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the vapor-deposited foil 10 configured in this manner is tightly pressed against a transferred object 11 such as a bottle blow-molded from synthetic resin, and placed in a high-frequency heating atmosphere 12, for example, a high-frequency magnetic flux. The transfer is performed by induction heating only the metal material 7 such as aluminum, transferring and adhering the metal vapor deposited portion, and peeling off the base material 1. Further, depending on the case, only the vapor-deposited foil 10 may be passed through the high-frequency atmosphere 12 to heat the vapor-deposited portion by induction, and at the same time, the transfer may be performed by closely pressing the transfer object 11 such as the bottle.

Transferring in this way eliminates the need for conventional heat rolls, prevents thermal deformation because the object to be transferred is not affected by the heat, and heat transfers only the metal-deposited portion of the vapor-deposited foil, eliminating the need for conventional heat rolls. As in the case of , the periphery of the image is not transferred at the same time, and only the necessary image is transferred beautifully and clearly.

Furthermore, when aluminum is used as the metal material that generates induction heat, if a part with the vapor deposited film and a part without the vapor deposited film are provided by celite processing or the like, only the part with the vapor deposited film can be arbitrarily transferred.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, when a pattern is thermally transferred to the surface of a transfer object such as a plastic container (particularly a blow bottle), a metal vapor-deposited layer of aluminum or the like that generates heat by high-frequency induction heating is used. This method uses a vapor-deposited foil that has a structure of It is possible to prevent deformation, and it is possible to transfer only the pattern part beautifully, it is possible to expand the range of selection to include resins with low melting points, and it is possible to reduce costs because the wall thickness can be thin, and it is possible to reduce the cost from the vapor-deposited foil itself. It produces various excellent effects such as increasing the transfer speed due to the heat generated.
