この発明は、ブロー成形されたプラスチツク容
器等に転写方式で絵付けを行なつて、転写製品を

させ、蒸着部を誘導加熱すると共に、前記ボトル
等の被転写体11に密着加圧して転写するように

(発明の効果)
以上説明したように、この発明によれば、プラ
スチツク容器(特にブローボトル)等被転写体の
表面に絵柄を熱転写するに当り、アルミ等の高周
波誘導加熱により発熱する金属蒸着層を構成中に
有する蒸着箔を使用し、これを被転写体に密着加
圧した状態で高周波加熱雰囲気中に置くことによ
り金属蒸着部のみ発熱させて転写する方法である
から、被転写体の熱変形を防止することができる
と共に絵柄部分だけを美しく転写でき、低融点の
樹脂にまでその選定範囲を拡げることが可能であ
り、肉厚が薄くても良いのでコストダウンが図
れ、蒸着箔自体からの発熱のため転写スピードが

対応させて金属蒸着部を設けた蒸着箔を密着加圧
し、高周波加熱雰囲気中に置くことにより、前記
蒸着箔の金属蒸着部のみを誘導加熱して熱転写す
ることにより前記被転写体に絵柄部分だけが転写
されることを特徴とする高周波加熱による転写製
品の製造法。1.
