手上部と回転板のピン係合が自動的に外れ下腿側
を横に振ることができる。再度の歩行に当たつ
て、下腿側を元に位置に戻し廻わしをして立ち上
がるだけで、クリツク機構となる係止ピンのカム
変位規制が解けあぐら振り機構が自動的にロツク
され、面倒な操作を要しない。また、この場合固
定カムの締付固定位置の設定如何で膝の深い折曲
げ、浅い折曲げでも横振りが可能となる。更に本
発明で良い点は、従来のような押ボタンが消えた
あぐら機構とし、伸展機構を外部装着構造でなく
骨格内装の構成としてなるため、ウレタンカバー
の外装部材の喰込み減少もなく、長期使用に耐
え、且つ製作も容易となる等の効果を奏する。
