Function To remove a used syringe needle from the tip of the outer barrel of a syringe barrel using the syringe needle disposal container of this invention,
First, turn the syringe barrel with the needle attached sideways,
Place the proximal end of the syringe barrel into the indentation and move it inside the container. At this time, first, the minimum thickness portions of the thickened portions present on both sides of the indented portion enter between the proximal end of the base of the injection needle and the end surface of the syringe barrel. and,
As the syringe barrel is moved toward the inlet, one side of the thick wall portion touches one of the end face of the syringe barrel and the proximal end of the needle base, and the other face touches either the end face of the syringe barrel and the proximal end of the needle base. Each of the proximal ends abuts on the other. If you move the syringe further,
The thickened portion gradually becomes thicker, and a force is applied to the needle base to pull it inward into the container, and this force causes the needle base to come off the barrel tip. And the needle that came off,
It is housed in a container through a long hole for inserting a syringe needle.
In this way, the syringe needle is removed from the syringe barrel. When the container is full of used needles, discard the entire container. In addition, the elongated hole for inserting the syringe needle is located on the peripheral wall of the container,
When formed in the surrounding wall provided around the elongated injection needle insertion hole, the injection needle is prevented from falling by the outwardly protruding injection needle fall prevention wall.

Next, a method for removing the injection needle 20 from the tip 24 of the outer barrel 23 of the syringe barrel 22 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3a to 3c. First, the syringe barrel 22 with the syringe needle 20 attached is turned sideways, and the syringe needle 20
is inserted into the surrounding wall 14, and the proximal end of the tip 24 of the syringe barrel 22 is inserted into the inlet part 1 of one of the short side walls 15.
7 and move it downward (see Figure 3a).
At this time, first, the minimum thickness portions of the thickened portions 18 existing on both sides of the indented portion 17 are connected to the needle base 2 of the injection needle 20.
1 and the end surface of the outer cylinder 23 of the syringe barrel 22 (see Fig. 3b). Then, as the syringe barrel 22 is moved toward the back of the indented portion 17, one surface of the thick walled portion 18 touches the end surface of the outer barrel 23 of the syringe barrel 22.
Similarly, the other surface abuts the base end of the needle base 21, respectively. When the syringe barrel 22 is further moved, the needle base 21
A force is applied to the needle base 21 to pull it toward the other short side wall 15, and this force causes the needle base 21 to come off the tube tip 24 (see Fig. 3c), and due to its own weight, the needle base 21 comes off the long hole 13.
It falls through the container 1 and is accommodated in the container 1. In this way, the injection needle 20 is removed from the injection barrel 22. When the container 1 is full of used injection needles 20, the container 1 is discarded. Then, the needle tube 25 of the injection needle 20
