When storing the collected body fluid in the conventional body fluid storage tube described above, the body fluid immediately after collection is higher than room temperature.
There is a high probability that the vapor pressure generated within the storage tube will act as positive pressure and the tightly fitted lid will be pushed outward, and if the lid is transferred on its side for subsequent handling, the stored body fluid will The problem was that it could leak, or in the worst case scenario, the lid could come off. For this reason, recent body fluid storage tubes are so-called vacuum storage tubes, and the pressure inside the storage tube is reduced in advance, so that the reduced pressure state inside the storage tube is maintained when body fluids are stored, and the lid does not come off. . However, even with this type of body fluid storage tube, the above-mentioned drawbacks could not be completely eliminated under severe conditions, such as when the body fluid is transferred on its side.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] As described above, the lid of the conventional body fluid storage tube is made of an elastic material, and therefore it is difficult to open the lid with one hand by grasping the side of the storage tube. It has the advantage of being possible. The body fluid storage tube 15 still maintains such a function, which is achieved by pushing up the protruding portion of the lid portion 18 in the direction of the arrow, as shown in the figure.

In this case, the upper part of the resin film 20 that forms the surface layer is moved along with the tilting of the lid part 18 as the resin film 20 is broken from the disconnected part 21 in the direction involved in the operation. At this time, the resin film part related to this movement is configured such that its broken edge is located below the lower end of the lid part 18 that has been tightly fitted in advance, so that the resin film part is lowered from the side surface of the lid part 18. It can be used to cover the extremes. Such a function is obtained by the improved body fluid storage tube 15 described above.

However, as shown in the figure, the resin film 20 is in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the storage tube 16 when the lid portion 18 is tilted, and the above-mentioned breakage occurs in the body fluid storage tube 15 of this improved configuration. Since the part of the resin film to be separated is connected to other closely attached parts of the resin film via the break line part 21, the lid part 18 is excessively reinforced, and it is no longer possible to operate it with one hand. You won't get it.

That is, on the outer surface of a body fluid storage tube which is closed by tightly fitting a lid made of an elastic material that can be punctured into the mouth of a bottomed storage tube, a resin film is placed against the side surface of the storage tube. The cover is coated from the top of the lid to at least the side surface on the mouth side of the storage tube so that a non-adhesive part is between the contact parts, and the tightly fitted lower part of the lid is on the resin film related to this coating. It is characterized by a configuration in which a disconnected portion is arranged in a circular manner at a position below the extreme end.

[Function] The close-fitting resin film portion on the side surface of the housing tube reinforces the tightly fitted state of the lid, and the non-stick portion is the close-fitting portion of the resin film near the mouth of the housing tube. Therefore, when the lid is opened, the opening of the storage tube can be easily tilted, and after the lid is tilted, the non-attached portion Since it is easier to open the lid even when the wire is under tension, it is easier to break the wire to be broken later, making it possible to open the lid with one hand. Further, as described above, since the broken wire portion is broken under tension of the unattached portion, the position of the broken wire portion is not particularly limited. Therefore, it is possible to configure a structure in which the disconnected part is located below the lower end of the lid part in the tightly fitted state, and when the lid is opened, the part of the resin film that has been cut will cause The ends can be covered.

The unattached portion 10 of the packaged body fluid storage tube A is formed in a circular shape on the circumferential surface of the storage tube 1, as also shown in FIG. In addition, in the present invention, the non-adhesive part is a contact-like part 8' on the circumferential surface of the storage tube 1, like 10' of the packaged body fluid storage tube A' shown in FIG.
It is also possible to form a contact portion 8' facing the position between 8' or 10'' of the packaged body fluid storage tube A'' shown in Fig. It's okay to be.

Since the above-mentioned adhesion resistance depends on the size of the adhesion area of the adhesion portion 8, the position of the non-adhesion portion 10 should be determined according to the degree of reinforcement for the lid portion 4. , is made of polypropylene and has a cross-sectional outer diameter of 15 mm and an inner diameter of 13 mm, the lid part 4 is made of latex and has the shape shown in the figure, and the plug part 5 has a cross-sectional outer diameter of 14 mm,
When the width of the tightly fitted portion 8 was 14 mm or more when the polyvinyl chloride film 7 with a thickness of 3 μm was applied, sufficient reinforcing force could be obtained to prevent the closely fitted lid portion 4 from coming off.

Furthermore, under more severe conditions, there is a possibility that the lid part 4 will move in the direction of slipping out, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. As a result, the adhesion resistance at the lower adhesion portion 9 acts as a weight, so that the lid 4 is prevented from coming off and the closing function of the lid 4 is maintained. Further, in the above case, the moving distance of the lid part 4 depends on the width of the interval 11 between the attachment parts 10, but the width of the interval 11 in the packaged body fluid storage tube A was 5 mm, and the movable distance was about 3 mm.

In addition, in the above-mentioned packaged body fluid storage tube A″, the sixth
As shown in the figure, adhesion resistance by a series of adhesion-shaped parts 8' along the longitudinal direction of the storage tube 1 always acts against the force acting in the direction of pulling out the lid part 4.
The lid part 4 no longer moves on the receiving tube opening part 2.

Next, when opening the lid part 4 with one hand, as shown in FIG. When the part is pressed with the thumb 13 and pushed out to the opposite side, the part of the adhesive part 8 on the extruded side is moved upward along the side surface of the storage tube 1 due to the presence of the attached part 10, and the non-adhered part 10 eventually becomes a tension state 10'. Therefore, the lid part 4 can be easily tilted. Once the lid 4 is tilted in this manner, further movement relative to the lid 4 is easy, so by further pushing up the lid 4 with the thumb 13, as shown in FIG. 7 is connected to the disconnected part 1 via the tension part 10'.
A force acts on 2 and causes it to break. 12a and 12b indicate the broken portions.

At this time, the portion of the resin film 7 due to this breakage comes to cover the side surface of the plug portion 5 or its end, so the portion of the plug portion 5 does not come into direct contact with the finger 13 involved in this lid opening operation. is obtained. This can prevent the contained body fluid from coming into contact with or adhering to the finger involved in the operation, and can reliably prevent contamination with pathogenic bacteria contained in the body fluid.

Further, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 10, the lower edge 7a is located at the middle part of the container 1, and the lid part
It is also possible to construct a packaged body fluid storage tube C made of a resin film 7' with a perforation 7b at the center of the upper surface. In the packaged body fluid storage tube C, the unattached portion 10
This is intended to strengthen the tightly fitted state of the lid part 4 with the contact part 9' located further down. Therefore, in this configuration, the configuration in which the tapered housing tube 1' that narrows downwardly is applied is advantageous for the above-mentioned reinforcing function. Further, the configuration including the perforation 7b is advantageous in that the collection needle 14 can be directly punctured onto the lid portion 4 in the above-described operation for storing the collected body fluid.
