(Prior Art) Used syringes and the like cannot be thrown away anywhere, but are stored in a designated container and disposed of. In general, medical waste is used waste that has been used by patients with various diseases, and therefore, what is called medical waste often contains all kinds of pathogens, and is stored in designated plastic containers. They will be incinerated all together. Of course, metal parts such as syringe needles will not be destroyed by combustion, but at least the pathogens attached to the waste will be completely killed, so it can be buried underground after being incinerated.

By the way, the plastic containers for medical waste that have been used in the past are not special containers manufactured with special consideration, that is, their uses are not limited, and the same container can be used for other purposes. It is nothing more than a versatile container that is said to be possible. The containers filled with waste must then be placed side by side on the floor or desk of the clinic, requiring additional space and often being a nuisance.

In addition, conventional containers only have a lid on the input port, and when putting in waste, remove the lid and put it inside, and if it is a syringe, remove the needle and put it in. . In other words, when the needle is inserted, it becomes bulky and it is not possible to store much in the container, but even when removing the needle from a used syringe, the tip of the needle does not touch the hand. As such, you must be especially careful not to get it stuck in your body.

(Purpose of this invention) In this way, unlike other wastes, care must be taken in various aspects when disposing of medical waste. Conventional containers for medical waste are not specially designed containers and therefore suffer from the problems described above. The present invention is a technology developed with the aim of solving this problem, and in particular, it is a container that does not require the user to grasp and pull out the needle of the syringe by hand, and a container that can be stacked one after another to save space. provide.

(Structure of the present invention) The medical waste storage container of the present invention is a container developed exclusively for medical waste, and is particularly intended for the disposal of syringes. The material is not particularly limited, and the container is provided with an inlet on the top surface, and a lid is attached to the inlet. The lid is attached so as to protrude from the top surface of the container, while a recess large enough to fit the lid is formed in the bottom of the container. Therefore, when the recess is assembled with the lid, each container is It is formed so that it can be stacked upward (stacked).

On the other hand, the storage opening is formed with a hard brim, and the inner peripheral edge of the brim has a V-shaped or U-shaped notched locking part, and this locking part is for removing the injection needle. The fitting tube of the injection needle that is fitted into the injection port of the syringe is locked in the locking part, and the injection needle can be pulled out by pulling in this state. Further, the shape of the locking portion may be a circular hole penetrating the collar.

FIG. 2 shows a state in which the injection needle is hooked onto this locking portion 9 and pulled out. Further, a step 10 is formed around the entire circumference of the upper surface 3, and the upper surface 3 presents a two-step upper surface 3a and 3b. On the contrary, a small protruding edge 12 is formed around the entire outer periphery of the bottom surface 11, and the size is such that the upper surface 3a can fit into the inside surrounded by the edge 12. Further, the bottom surface 11 is provided with a recess 13, and the recess 13 is provided with an input port 4 protruding from the top surface 3.
The size is such that the lid 2 can be fitted into the cylinder 5 when the lid 2 is closed. That is, so that a plurality of containers can be stacked as shown in FIG.
is fitted into the edge 12 formed on the bottom surface 11 of the upper container.
is latched to and regulated by a step 10 formed on the upper surface 3 of the lower container, thereby preventing lateral displacement.

(2) Furthermore, a locking portion is formed at the inlet of the container, and the injection needle can be pulled out by hooking the locking portion to the locking portion. In other words, since it is not necessary to grasp the needle with your fingers to remove it, the needle does not touch your hand once it has been used, and it does not get stuck in your body when you remove it, making it convenient and safe. It can be done.
