[Prior Art] FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a contact state between a nozzle tip and a mold in a conventional resin molding machine such as an injection molding machine. That is, the thermoplastic synthetic resin 102 transferred from the resin molding machine main body (not shown) via the cylinder 101 is transferred to the nozzle 103.
The liquid is injected from the tip of the mold through the spout 104 into the injection port 106 of the mold 105 (which is also the tip of the sprue runner portion of the mold). The tip of the nozzle 103 and the mold 105 are brought into close contact with each other at a contact portion 107 without causing any resin leakage, and are capable of being separated from each other. Furthermore, in Figure 7,
108 is a mold mounting die plate;
9 is a rocket ring.

[Effects of the invention] In the structure of the resin injection port in the resin molding mold of the invention having the above-mentioned configuration, since a partition is provided in the resin injection port of the mold, the nozzle of the resin molding machine After the thermoplastic synthetic resin is injected into the mold from the tip, when the molded product is released, the heat of the cooled and solidified sprue runner tip (resin corresponding to the resin injection port of the mold) of the molded product is released. The plasticized synthetic resin is divided into multiple parts and separated, the surface area of the divided synthetic resin increases by more than several times, and the divided synthetic resin rapidly cools and solidifies under the action of the surrounding cooling atmosphere. However, the tip of the sprue runner and the injection port of the nozzle are immediately cut and separated, eliminating the occurrence of long strings as described in the conventional example, and accordingly preventing damage to the mold and product defects. It is possible.

Furthermore, since the partition is removable, no special design changes are required, regardless of the size of existing resin molding molds or even for newly manufactured resin molding molds. In addition, the effect of the partition described above can be achieved very easily and at low cost.

In addition, when the partition body is removably screwed to the resin injection port of the mold, the resin injection port of the mold and the partition body are screwed together integrally and without leakage of the thermoplastic synthetic resin. , the nozzle tip of the resin molding machine and the partition body are brought into close pressure contact, and the partition of the partition body causes
It is possible to prevent the occurrence of stringy parts as described above and the various problems caused by them. Furthermore, by simply changing the diameter of the partition, etc., it is possible to easily accommodate resin molding molds of various sizes.
