本発明はレーザビームを用いたレーザ加工ヘツ
ドに関するものであつて、レンズの点検、交換を

工目的に応じて、焦点距離等特性の異なるレンズ
が選択使用される。又レーザ加工中に被加工物か
ら発生するスパツター、ヒユーム等によるレンズ
の汚染、破損も起り得るため、レンズ面の点検も
しばしば必要となる。従つて加工ヘツドからのレ
ンズの着脱は相当な頻度で必要とされるが、従来
この種のレーザ加工装置のレンズ着脱作業は、第
3図に示す従来の加工ヘツドの構造から分るよう
に多くの手間と時間を要する欠点があつた。

交換を可能ならしめている。しかしながら、この
ような方法で準備できるレンズの数は、そう多く
は出来ないこと、また、レンズ点検の際は従来と
同様の手間と時間を要することから、十分な解決

と、装入されたレンズの位置決めを行なうための
位置規定用のガイドと、一次ホルダー付きレンズ
の固定を確実にするための押え機構と、を有する
収納ホルダーを、レンズに入射するレーザビーム
の保護筒と加工ノズルの調整機構との間に固定装
備したことを特徴とするレーザ加工機用加工ヘツ
ドにある。

レンズもすべて同一サイズの一次ホルダー2付き
である。8は収納ホルダー6内での一次ホルダー
2の位置を規定するためのガイドであり、収納ホ
ルダー6内側に設けられた凹部8′とはめ合いと
なる。9は一次ホルダーを収納ホルダーに着脱す
る際の取手である。収納ホルダー6に一次ホルダ
ー2付きレンズ1を装入し、位置合せが出来たと
ころで、蝶ネジ等を用いた一次ホルダー押え10
によつて一次ホルダー2を固定する。11は収納
ホルダー6内に予じめセツトしてあるパツキン用
のOリングで、一次ホルダー2と収納ホルダー6
との接続部からアシストガス等が漏れるのを防止
する。12は弾性シール材であり、収納ホルダー
6と位置調整機構4との接続部からアシストガス
等が漏れるのを防止する。
