[Summary of the invention] This invention provides a cover used for a wristwatch,
A light control film that selectively scatters incident light having an angle greater than a predetermined angle with respect to the film, such that the entire transparent film or only the portion of the patterned text or figure is attached to a glass or transparent plastic surface, or Or, it is coated between transparent plastic and becomes transparent when the watch is viewed from the front at an angle of less than 30 degrees, but when viewed from a larger angle, only the entire part or the patterned letters and figures are scattered. It has a frosted glass appearance and can be used as an accessory.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The watch cover according to the present invention is such that the entire transparent film or only the patterned characters or figures receive incident light at an angle larger than a predetermined angle with respect to the film. A selectively scattering light control film is deposited on or between glass or transparent plastic so that it is transparent when the person views the watch at an angle of up to 30° from the front; At a large angle, the entire piece or only the patterned letters and figures are scattered, creating a frosted-glass appearance, which can also be used as an accessory.

In addition, the light control film used in the present invention is obtained by curing a resin composition consisting of an oligomer and a monomer, or monomers each having a difference in refractive index, and is preferably a photopolymerizable film having a difference in refractive index. It is obtained by irradiating and curing a resin composition consisting of an oligomer and a photopolymerizable monomer or photopolymerizable monomers together with ultraviolet rays, but the angular dependence depends on the irradiation angle of ultraviolet rays, the difference in the refractive index of the resin composition, etc. It is determined accordingly. Incidentally, the thickness of the light control film used in the present invention is preferably 20 to 2000 μm. The manufacturing method of this light control film was previously described in the patent application publication published by the inventors of the present invention, JP-A No. 1-77001 "Light control plate and its manufacturing method", and the same publication, JP-A-Sho.
No. 63-309902 "Light control board and method for manufacturing the same".

Further, in the present invention, the method for attaching the light control film to a transparent plate such as transparent plastic or glass plate is not particularly limited, and any known method can be used. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a light control film 1 is placed on the surface of a glass plate or transparent plastic plate 2.
As shown in FIG. 4, a light control film 1 may be sandwiched between glass plates or transparent plastic plates 2, 2', and as shown in FIG. A light control film 1 may be sandwiched between the glass plates 2', and a plastic plate 3 may be further bonded to the outer surface of the glass plate. Preferably, the outer surface of the plastic board is provided with a scratch-resistant coating.

[Effects of the invention] When a watch person uses the wristwatch cover of the invention and views it from the front at an angle of 30 degrees or less, the watch becomes transparent; however, at larger angles, the dial cannot be seen, and the entire or patterned letters cannot be seen. Only the parts shown in the figures are scattered and become like ground glass, and can be used as accessories.

100 parts of tetrafluoroacrylate, and 6 parts of benzyl dimethyl ketal A raw material for an ultraviolet curable light control board was injected between square glass plates (10 cm square) with a spacing of 1 mm.
A total of four ultraviolet irradiation devices (2KW high-pressure mercury lamp, emission diameter 2cm, emission length 25cm) were placed in parallel at positions 50 and 60 degrees off to the left and right from the vertical direction of the glass plate.
A table is set up and UV rays are irradiated at the same time. Through this operation, it is possible to produce a light control plate that is transparent when viewed from the front, but becomes opaque when tilted by 30 degrees or more to the right or left from the front.

A watch cover made of a laminate attached to the surface of a plate or inserted between multiple transparent plates. (2) The above light control film is placed on a transparent film.
~Only the characters and figures that are patterned in multiple layers have the function of transmitting incident light within a predetermined angle range to the film, and selectively scattering incident light at a larger angle. A cover for a wristwatch according to claim 1 of a certain utility model registration claim. (3) The wristwatch cover according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined angle is 30° or less when measured from a direction perpendicular to the wristwatch cover.
