(Prior Art) Conventionally, when pouring concrete for gateposts and the like, a pair of formwork plates were rotated with each other by hinges at their opposing ends, as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 120141/1983. A movably connected corner formwork was used with both formwork plates rotated at a predetermined angle.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, in this conventional corner formwork, the pair of formwork plates are rotatably connected by a hinge, so the hinge axis is on the side of the concrete pouring surface. If the formwork is folded like this, there is a risk that the hinges will become embedded in the concrete during concrete pouring, making it difficult to remove the formwork. When the formwork is used at the inner corner of a concrete foundation, there is a problem in that the hinges protrude significantly into the concrete and the concrete solidifies, making it impossible to remove the formwork. For this reason, conventionally two types of formwork were required, one for the inner corner part and the other for the outer corner part, so that the hinge axis was on the opposite side to the concrete pouring surface.

In addition, with conventional corner formwork, there is a problem that the joint of the hinge appears on the concrete surface to be formed, resulting in a dirty finish on the concrete surface.Furthermore, when pouring concrete, the joint between the hinge bearing and shaft The problem is that concrete flows between the bearings or between the upper and lower bearings and solidifies, making it impossible to rotate the formwork, or that it becomes increasingly difficult to rotate the formwork plates as the formwork is used repeatedly. It was hot.

Structure of the invention (Means for solving the problem) This invention was made by paying attention to the above-mentioned problem. A flexible band-shaped connecting member is solidified so as to be substantially continuous with the mold surface of the formwork plate, and a turnbuckle is engaged with the end plates bent and formed at both the upper and lower ends of the formwork plate. It has an engaging hole.

(Function) Therefore, according to the corner formwork of this invention, since no hinges are used, the hinges may become embedded in the concrete, making it difficult to remove the formwork, or concrete may become trapped inside the hinges. There is no risk that the formwork plates will become difficult to rotate due to inflow solidification, and both formwork plates can be freely rotated to either an acute angle, an obtuse angle, an inner corner part, or an outer corner part. With one type of formwork, it is possible to form the inner and outer corners of cloth foundation concrete with a clean concrete finish, and the formwork can be removed from the concrete extremely easily, and the structure is also designed to do so. It is extremely simple, and furthermore, if the outer corner part is finished at right angles or the corner formwork is arranged so that the radius of curvature of the inner corner part is larger than the radius of curvature of the outer corner part, etc. The inner thickness increases and the strength increases.

Now, the corner formwork 1 of this embodiment is composed of a pair of formwork plates 2 and a flexible band-shaped connecting member 3 fixed between opposing ends of the formwork plates 2, By bending the connecting member 3, both the frame plates 2 can be rotated at any angle.

Each of the formwork plates 2 is formed of a steel plate, and end plates 4 are bent at both upper and lower ends thereof. The engagement hole 5 is formed at the end of each end plate 4 on the connecting member 3 side,
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, both ends of a turnbuckle 6 for spacing are engaged with the engagement hole 5, so that both mold plates 2 are positioned and held at a predetermined angle. The insertion hole 7 is formed at the end of each end plate 4 opposite to the connecting member 3, and as shown in FIG.
The form board 2 and the wooden template 8 are connected by driving nails through the insertion holes 7 into the wooden template 8 extending from the wooden template 8.

The connecting member 3 is made of a thin plate made of synthetic resin, rubber, steel, cloth, etc., and a plurality of small holes 9 are formed at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction at both ends thereof, as shown in FIG. . Then, both ends of the connecting member 3 are engaged with the back side of the end of each formwork plate 2, and a band-shaped fixing plate 10 made of a steel plate having a plurality of protrusions 11 that engages with the small holes 9 is placed on the connecting member 3. By spot-welding the fixing plate 10 to the formwork plate 2 at the portions of the respective protrusions 11 in the overlapping state, both ends of the connecting member 3 are fixed to the opposing ends of each formwork plate 2.
In this fixed state, the mold surfaces 2a of both mold plates 2 extend substantially continuously with the mold surface 3a of the connecting member 3.

Now, when forming a corner part of cloth foundation concrete using the corner formwork 1 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
The 3 parts of the flexible connecting member are rotated at any angle so that a is on the concrete pouring side, and are placed at the inner and outer corners, respectively, and used while connected to the wooden template 8. be able to. In this way, by simply changing the bending direction of the formwork 1, the formwork 1 can be used for both the inner corner portion and the outer corner portion, and only one type of formwork 1 is required.

When concrete is poured, since no hinges are used in the rotating parts of the corner formwork 1, the hinges will not become embedded in the concrete and make it difficult to remove the formwork. The formwork 1 can be easily removed from the concrete. or,
Since the wall surfaces 2a and 3a of both formwork plates 2 and the connecting member 3 are configured to extend substantially continuously, it is possible to form a clean finished surface of concrete. Furthermore, since concrete does not flow into the hinge and solidify, making it difficult to rotate the formwork plates, the corner formwork 1 can be used repeatedly over a long period of time, and both formwork plates must be rotated each time it is used. It can be freely rotated to either an acute angle or an obtuse angle, and the rotation angle is reliably maintained by the turnbuckle 6 engaged with the engagement hole 5. In addition, in this embodiment, as is clear from the above, the inner and outer corner portions are curved surfaces, but the outer corner portions are finished at right angles, or the radius of curvature of the inner corner portion is made larger than the radius of curvature of the outer corner portion. When a corner formwork is installed in a corner, the concrete in that area becomes thicker and stronger.

Effects of the invention As detailed above, according to this invention, since no hinges are used, the hinges become embedded in the concrete, making it difficult to remove the formwork, and concrete flows into the inside of the hinges and hardens. There is no risk that the formwork plates will become difficult to rotate, and both formwork plates can be freely rotated to either an acute angle, an obtuse angle, an inner corner, or an outer corner. The angle is reliably maintained, the inner and outer corners of cloth foundation concrete can be formed into a clean finished concrete surface using one type of formwork, the strength of the corner parts is increased, and the formwork can be removed from the concrete. It has excellent effects in that it can be detached very easily and the structure for this purpose is also extremely simple.
