【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は目地材に関するものである。特に、
コンクリート床面等に配置し、コンクリートの収
縮を吸収して亀裂が発生するのを防止する、いわ
ゆる伸縮目地材に関する。一般的に、伸縮目地材
は、合成樹脂発泡体等で形成される板状の目地材
本体と、この目地材本体の上部に補強のために被
冠されるキヤツプ部材と、目地材本体を基盤上に
配置するための支持脚ないし支持部材とから成つ
ている。支持脚ないし支持部材としては、各種の
ものが考案されているが、一般的には支持脚の開
閉等によつて目地材の高さを調節するものが利用
されており、この方式の場合には、支持脚の部分
をモルタル等で基盤上に固定する作業が必要であ
るが、その作業は、かなり煩雑である。このよう
な支持脚に代えて、軽量コンクリート製のブロツ
クを用いるもの(実開昭50−54817)、あるいは発
泡スチロール製のブロツクを用いるもの(ドラフ
タイト工業株式会社製メジタツク)が知られてい
る。前者は、ブロツクの成形に技術的難点が有る
外、破損しやすく、後者のものは軽量すぎてコン
クリート打設に際し流し込まれたコンクリートに
よつて押し出され位置ずれしてしまう難点があ
る。また、両者にいえることは、支持脚ないし支
持部材と目地材本体との結合が不充分なため、コ
ンクリート打設の際に目地材本体にたわみが生
じ、目地材の上面が傾いてしまつたり、あるい
は、目地材本体が支持部材からはずれて、コンク
リート面から飛び出してしまうことがあることで

体1の弾力作用の力が対向以置にある支持部材3
を外方向に押し拡げようとするためであつて、逆
に、支持部材3の下方側部に設けられている凹部
3bには若干のいわゆる遊びが有るため、支持部
材3は目地材本体1が収縮する方向には若干の移

目地材が傾斜して取り付けられてしまう事故が有
効に防止されるほか、支持部材3と補強部材5と
が凹凸部によつて係合されているので、目地施工
後に目地材本体1が支持部材3からはずれてコン
クリート面上に飛び出してしまう目地不良が発生
しにくに利点がある。なお、目地材本体1の弾発
力が強く従つて目地材本体1が特に強固に支持部
材3にはさみ込まれるような場合にあつては、上
