[Detailed description of the invention] [Purpose of the invention] (Industrial field of application) This invention relates to a so-called variable gutter that can freely construct the slope of the gutter bottom regardless of the road slope.

(Prior art) Up to now, a beam part has been integrally formed between the upper parts of both ends of the left and right side walls (as a result, there is a long hole in the longitudinal direction of the upper parts), and the bottom parts have been made open in the front, or the beam parts have been formed between the lower parts of both ends. A variable side gutter with an inverted U-shaped cross section in which the beam portions are integrally joined (as a result, the bottom has a long hole in the longitudinal direction) is provided (Utility Model Publication No. 56-51113, Utility Model Publication No. 57-2551).

That is, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, when forming the bottom slope, it is necessary to pour ready-mixed concrete 8 through the opening (elongated hole) at the top and finish pouring the floor concrete 9. First of all, the work of pouring fresh concrete through a long hole is itself troublesome, and in addition, the lateral movement of fresh concrete to the bottom of the beam after pouring causes the gravel to become uneven (that is, a separation phenomenon is caused), which causes variations in the overall strength. This causes water leakage at the bottom of the beam (Figure 6). Furthermore, finishing work is difficult because the lower part of the beam is difficult to reach.
They often become uneven (not smooth), resulting in poor water flow.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present invention was made in view of the conventional situation, and uses a conventional general U-shaped gutter as a basic body, and connects a support beam between the top and both ends of the gutter through an adhesive layer. The above-mentioned difficulty could be overcome by fitting the protrusions and recesses.

Next, the support beams 2 are installed between the tops of both ends of the left and right side walls of the gutter body 1 (that is, one gutter body 1 has two beams), and have a protrusion on the back surface corresponding to the recess 4 of the gutter body 1. Section 5 is provided.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, an adhesive layer 6 is formed in the recess 4 of the gutter body 1, and the protrusion 5 of the support beam 2 is fitted to join the gutter body 1 and the support beam 2. shall be taken as a thing.

(Construction method) In order to complete a variable gutter by combining each of the above elements, as shown in Figure 3, the gutter main body 1 is connected and installed in the longitudinal direction on top of the crushed stone slab 7, and the entire surface is opened. Add ready-mixed concrete 8 from the top and make floor concrete 9
Finally, the support beam 2 is installed between the upper portions of both ends of the left and right side walls of the gutter body 1 via the adhesive layer 6. More specifically, an adhesive layer 6 of an adhesive such as an epoxy resin or a spongy object containing the adhesive is formed in the recess 4 of the gutter body 1, and the protrusion 5 of the support beam 2 is dropped onto the adhesive layer 6. Then, the adhesive layer 6 is pushed up into the gap between the uneven parts, and the entire uneven joint surface is fixed.

今その施工完了状態を第4図によつて示す。 The completed construction is now shown in Figure 4.

[Effects of the invention] The variable side gutter of the present invention is as described above.First of all, since the basic form is a U-shaped side gutter, the bottom (excluding long hole 3)
Because it does not require foundation concrete when laying it, it is economical and shortens the construction period, and since the top is open from the front, it is easy to insert ready-mixed concrete.
It becomes easier to finish placing floor concrete, and there is no separation phenomenon due to lateral movement of ready-mixed concrete, and the risk of variations in strength and water leakage is also eliminated. In addition, thorough hands-on work ensures accurate and efficient finishing work, prevents unevenness of the concrete floor, and ensures good water flow.

The strength of the structure is also improved because the gutter main body 1 has the above-mentioned bottom part, and after the floor concrete is poured, the support beams 2 are installed between the upper and lower ends of the gutter main body 1 with an adhesive layer 6.
Since the structure is constructed by fitting the concave and convex portions together, sufficient strength against lateral pressure can be ensured due to the relative stress.
