本考案は燃料タンクを車両に取付けるに当たつ
て使用する燃料タンクバンドのクツシヨンゴム組
付装置に係り、従来の手作業に代えて組付けを半

燃料タンクを車両に取付けるには、第7図に例

屈曲したものであるが、そのバンドaに燃料タン
クを直接に載架するときは摩擦移動によりタンク
が損傷するため、同図の上方に示すようにバンド
aの断面形状に合わせて上面板cと両袖片d,d
を形成し、さらに両袖片d,dの縁部から上面片
cと平行にした抱片e,eを突出したクツシヨン
ゴムbを使用している。しかるにバンドaに対す
るクツシヨンゴムbの組付けには適当な装置がな
く、少くとも一方の袖片dと抱片eとを上面板c
と平行になるように手によつて弾力的に引いて第
8図のようにバンドaを包み込む手作業を施して
おり、組付け量は膨大であるに拘わらず、作業能
率が不良で多くの人手を要する欠点を持つてい

上昇した昇降台上のクツシヨンゴムbの抱片e,
eの間に下端を嵌め込ませると共に上方を逆ハ形
に傾斜させてその間に屈曲面を下に向けて供給さ
れるバンドaを受支する一対のガイド板と、上昇
した昇降台上で可動側のガイド板を側面方向に移
動して一方の抱片eを引き拡げる拡げ移動装置
と、上方の待機位置から下降し、クツシヨンゴム
bの上面片cの下面にすべり移動したバンドaを
昇降台の下降に同調して一対のガイドの下方まで
押し下げて抱片e,eをバンドaに巻きつける加
圧板とからなることを特徴とする燃料タンクバン
ドのクツシヨンゴム組付装置に係るものであつ
て、バンドaとクツシヨンゴムbとを第8図のよ
うに組付ける作業を半自動的に施して組付け能率

それに続いて上方に待機していいた加圧板19が
ロツド18の伸長によりバンドaに第5図鎖線の
とおりに接し、そのときシリンダロツド6が収縮
して昇降台8をもとの位置に下降しはじめ、加圧
板19はそれに同調して抱片e,eがガイド板1
2,12aの下端12-1,12a-1を脱出するま
で第6図の通りにバンドaを押し続けるため、バ
