(考案が解決しようとする問題点)

大することは、ホブの強度低下をもたらすことに
なる。また、逆に貫通孔の断面積を小さくする
と、接着剤が貫通孔の隅々まで充分に行き渡らな
いこともあり、この場合もホブの強度不足が生じ
る。さらに、フエザーキーを貫通孔7に挿通した
ものでは、キーが緩んでブレードと本体にガタが
生じたり、ブレードに振れが生じた。低融点金属
を流し込んだものは鋳込んだ金属の剛性に問題が
あり、ブレード本体が緩んでしまうおそれがあつ

V形の溝10を形成すると共に、前記ブレードを
組み込んだ溝2の壁面5には上記のV形の溝10
に対応する溝11を形成し、両溝10,11によ
り貫通孔7を形成する。さらに、該貫通孔7にフ
イラー入り接着剤Fを充填する。このために、接
着材は貫通孔の隅々まで行き渡り接着効果が大と
なる。次いで貫通孔7よりも断面積の小さな棒状
部材12を挿入する。このために、接着材は貫通

着が確実に行われる。また、断面積の大きな貫通
孔7に多量に接着材を充填すれば、接着剤のせん
断強度が弱いという問題は、棒状部材12が補強
材として作用することになり、何ら問題を生ずる
