本考案は、煙草の中に消火装置を付加するものである。

【従来の技術】
煙草を吸い終わった後、吸殼を指で灰皿等に押し潰して消火していた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
煙草の吸殼が消火しきれないで室内の空気を汚染したり、アウトドアライフの 普及と共に年々増える山火事の第一原因とされるなど問題があった。

【考案を解決するための手段】
前記問題を解決するために煙草の内部に不燃性の液体及び気体を封入したカプ セル等を埋め込み指などで押すことにより、カプセルの先端より不燃性の液体及 び気体を噴出させ吸殼の残火を安全に消すことのできるようにした。

【実施例】
本考案を実施した図面に基ずいて構成を説明する。 図１は、煙草の断面を示した図である。１は、煙草。２は、活性炭入りフイル ターである。３は、フイルターである。４は、薄い紙などで作った筒である。５ は、不燃性の液体及び気体の入ったカプセルである。カプセルの材料は不燃性、 人体に無害、指などで押しつぶすことの出来る材料で先端部は押しつぶした場合 容易に破れるようにする。先端より吹出した液体及び気体は薄い紙などで作った 筒の中を進み、吸殼の火を消火する。本実施例では指などで押しつぶして消火さ せる方法ではあるが機械的な方法でも可能である。

【効果】
以上のように構成したので、消火装置付煙草は吸殼を確実に消火するため、未 消火のために生じた空気の汚染や火事などを大巾に減らす効果がある。特に、山 歩きが好きな喫煙家には便利なものと確信する。
