のである。

(従来の技術) 自動車のシートは、普通は前方を向いていてそ
の状態で固定されている。しかしながら乗降時の
便利を考えれば、これを回転できるようにするの
が良い。第3図に示すものはこのために改良され
た自動車であつて、シート1が車体の床2に対し
て適当な角度範囲で回転できるようにしたもので
ある。

(考案が解決しようとする問題点) このような構造にすれば、乗降時にシート1を
図示するように外側に向けることにより、乗降が
著しく容易になるが、シート1は一般に方形に近
い形状であることから、角部が車外側に出ること
になり、したがつてシート1を斜めに向けたまま
ドア3を閉じるようにすると、この角部1aがド
ア3の内側部3aに当つて、ドア3が閉じられな
くなる(第4図の破線表示を参照)。したがつて
降車時にドア3を閉じるためには、必らずシート
1を正常の向き(前方向き)に復帰させてからド
ア3を閉じなければならない不便があつた。本考
案はこの問題を解決するために成されたものであ
る。

トの回転軸を、この第2の歯車の中心と同芯に設
けたものである。

して歯車4には、やはりシート1の下部で歯車4
よりは車内側の位置の車体側に取付けられた第2
の歯車5が噛合している。この噛合により、シー
ト1の回転軸は、この第2の歯車5の中心と同芯
に設けられることになる。

るので、シートの向きがどのようになつていても
ドアの内側部に当接することがなく、しかもシー
トの位置の移動が少なく、大きな回動状態が得ら
れ、乗降が容易になる効果がある。
