〈従来の技術及びその問題点〉 スポイラーとは自動車(以下車と称呼する)の

シングカー及びスポーツカー等に装着されていた
が、今日高速道路の普及により、高速走行をする
機会が非常に多くなり普通車の場合でも安定走行
の為にスポイラーを装着する場合が増加してい
る。

〈問題点を解決する為の手段〉 本考案では上記問題解決の為に、適宜手段にて
出入り自在なスポイラーを提供せんとするもので
あり、その要旨は車体後部に後端部がスポイラー
出入口とされるスポイラー収納体を装着せしめ、
該スポイラー収納体内前端部にその円周部が歯形
状を呈した扇形歯合部材の基端部を枢着せしめ、
しかも該扇形歯合部材はそれと歯合する駆動源と
連結された歯車によつて回動自在とされており、
又上記スポイラー収納体に収納されるスポイラー
先端手前に該先端と略平行状に溝部を横設せし
め、上記溝部内に回動体を嵌入せしめ、しかも該
回動体に一端が枢着され、他端が上記扇形歯合部
材の一端に枢着されるスポイラー押出杆体を設け
ると共に、上記スポイラー押出杆体と交叉状に基
端が上記スポイラー収納体に枢着され、先端が上
記溝部内に別途嵌入される回動体に枢着される補
助杆体を設け、しかも該補助杆体と上記スポイラ
ー押出杆体との交叉部を互いに枢支せしめ、更に
上記スポイラー両側部と上記スポイラー収納本体
との間に摺動用回動体を所要手段によつてそれぞ
れ配設せしめたことを特徴とするスポイラーであ
る。

れており、上記歯車7の回動により上記扇形歯合
部材5が回動自在とされるものとする。

回動体11′に枢支され、他端が上記スポイラー
収納体2に枢着される補助杆体13を設け、しか
も上記それぞれのスポイラー押出杆体12と補助
杆体13との交叉部14を互いに枢支するもので
ある。

き合う方向に回動し乍ら移動し、上記それぞれの
スポイラー押出杆体12と補助杆体13の先端が
閉脚状に進行し乍ら上記スポイラー9をスポイラ
ー収納体2内より押出すものであり、上記扇形歯
合部材5の上、下の回動によつて上記スポイラー
9の出入りが自在に行なえるものである。

等種々の効果を奏するものである。

かも該補助杆体と上記スポイラー押出杆体との交
叉部を互いに枢支せしめ、更に上記スポイラー両
側部と上記スポイラー収納本体との間に摺動用回
動体を所要手段によつてそれぞれ配設せしめたこ
とを特徴とする収納スポイラー。
