【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の目的〕
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案はパワーシフトトランスミツシヨンに利
用できるセレクタバルブデイテント構造に関する

(従来の技術)
従来のセレクタバルブデイテント構造として
は、特公昭56−38818号公報、特開昭57−192658
号公報、実開昭58−173803号公報等に示すものが
提案されているが、これらは何れも第3図に示す
構造をしている。即ち、第3図に示すようにバル
ブ1の位置決めをするデイテントボール2と接触
する孔3の内壁面は、バルブボデイ4と一体に形
成されている。そこでデイテントボール2の接触
する面が摩耗しないようにバルブボデイ4には硬
い材質を用いる必要があつた。従つてボデイの材
質が限定されると共に、加工費が非常に大きくな

(問題点を解決するための手段)
このため本考案は、デイテントボールがバルブ
ボデイに設けた孔から押出されてバルブの位置決
めを行なうデイテント構造において、前記バルブ
ボデイはアツパーとロアー及びガスケツト、プレ
ートの複数の部材よりなり、同複数の部材を貫通
する孔を設けると共に、該孔の周壁を構成するよ
う該孔内に、内径部を前記ボールが摺動する耐摩
耗性部材よりなる筒部材を装着し、該筒部材によ
り前記複数の部材の位置合せを可能にしてなるも
ので、これを問題点解決のための手段とするもの
である。

デイのうちの1つに設けた孔に筒部材を装着し、
その後他のボデイの孔に装着するため、複数の部
材の位置合せが容易にできる等の優れた効果を奏

以下本考案の実施例を図面について説明する

ブ、2はデイテントボール、5はバルブボデイの
アツパー、6はバルブボデイのロアーであり、デ
イテントボール2はロアー6からアツパー5に至
る孔内を、スプリング7によりバルブ1に向け突
出状態に付勢されている。8はスプリング7の強
さの調節ボルト、9はアツパー5とロアー6の接
続部に取付けられたガスケツト、プレートであ
る。10は内径部をデイテントボール2が摺動す
る筒部材で、ロアー6からアツパー5に至るバル
ブボデイに設けた該ボール2径より大きな孔11
内に圧入により装着されている。この筒部材10
はデイテントボール2が内壁面を摺動するため、
該ボール2により摩耗しにくいようなバルブボデ
