Description
この考案は架設足場用防護ネツトの取付け装置
に関し、さらに詳しくは、構築物に架設した足場
の下面全域を覆うことができる防護ネツトの取付
け装置に関する。

橋梁などの構築物の保守点検、補修作業には作
業者を載せる足場が必要であつて、一般的には地
上から足場を組上げている場合が多い。この地上
から組み上げる足場では、横断歩道橋の場合にお
いては交通上の障害となり、また、河川の橋梁の
場合には地上から組上げることができない、など
のことから、橋梁から直接足場を吊下げる形式の
吊足場が数多く用いられるに至つている。
この吊足場の場合、吊足場の下方部空間を車両
や船舶、さらには人が通過するので、それらの安
全対策上足場の下面に防護ネツトを張設して落下
物や、作業者の転落を防ぐようにしている。
例えば、第4図および第5図に示すように、橋
脚1,1の桁間に架設された橋梁2は桁の支承沓
3によりその両端が支持される構成になつてい
る。そして、その支承沓3,3間にワイヤロープ
4を張設し、このワイヤロープ4により防護ネツ
ト5が支持されている。

中央部に寄りに防護ネツト5を張設した場合、足
場Xの下面空間の全域を覆うことができず、両側
に防護ネツト5の未張り部分Aが生じて、資材、
部品、作業者などの落下や転落を防ぐことができ
ない、という問題点があつた。
そこでこの考案は、ワイヤロープをタイトに張
設することで、足場の下面空間全域を防護ネツト
で覆うようにすることを目的とするものである。

れらワイヤロープ4間に防護ネツト5を張設し、
構築物に架設した足場Xの下側全域を覆い得るよ
うに構成したものである。

の図において、第4図および第5図の従来例と同
一の符号は同一部分、または相当部分を示してい
る。そして、橋脚1,1…の桁間に橋梁2,2が
支承沓3を介して架設されており、橋梁2に対し
て作業者が載る足場Xが架設される。各橋梁2の
両端部、ならびに幅方向両側部に防護ネツト5を
取付ける取付け装置10が配置されている。
即ち、橋梁2のフランジ2Aに対して、これを
挟持する取付け部としての一対の挟持板12が支
持主柱11の頂端部に設けてあり、挟持板12の
下側と、支持主柱11の横断面方向に沿つて、そ
れぞれ締着ボルト12A,12Bをねじ込むこと
ができるようになつている。
また、支持主柱11の下端部には、支持腕13
の一端部に張出した支軸13Aを支承する一対の
軸承板13Bが設けてあつて、この軸承板13B
には上側が開いた切欠13Xが形成してあり、こ
れに支軸13Aを収容できるようになつている。
この軸承板13Bより上方には、支持手柱11
から張出してワイヤロープ4の取付けアンカ部と
しての一対の締着板21A,21Bで構成される
締着具21の締着板21Aが固定されており、両
締着板21A,21Bの対向面にはワイヤロープ
4を通す横V型の溝21Xが形成されており、4
本のボルト21Yで締着できるように四隅にボル
ト孔21Zが穿けられている。
さらに、締着具21より上方部分の支持主柱1
1には方杖型の支持材31の一端部31Aがボル
ト・ナツト31Bにより固定されており、この支
持材31の他端部31Cは支持主柱11の頂端と
ほぼ同一レベルまで斜め方向に延びていて、橋梁
2のフランジ2Aを締着する万力32がボルト・
ナツト32Aにより取付けられている。このボル
ト・ナツト32Aには吊持チエン41の一端部4
1Aが係止されており、この吊持チエン41の他
端部41Bは前記支持腕13の他端部に突設した
支持ピン13Cを吊持支持できるようになつてい
る。
支持腕13上には作業者が載る足場板51の端
部が載せられて適当に固定される。
次に、防護ネツトの取付け装置を橋梁2に装備
する作業について説明する。支持主柱11は挟持
板12,12間に橋梁2のフランジ2Aを挿入
し、締着ボルト12A,12Bを互いに直交する
方向からねじ込んで橋梁2に対して支持主柱11
を取付けると共に、支持材31もその端部31C
にボルト・ナツト32Aで取付けられた万力32
により橋梁2のフランジ2Aに対して固定され
る。支持材31の端部31Aはボルト・ナツト3
1Bにより支持主柱11に取付けられる。
そして、支持主柱11の下端部の軸承板13B
の切欠13Xに支持腕13の支軸13Aが嵌合さ
れ、支持腕13の他端部の支持ピン13Cと、前
記支持材31の端部31Cとの間は吊持チエン4
1により連繋され、支持腕13が水平状態になる
ように吊持される。
とくに、ワイヤロープ4は支持主柱11の下端
部近くに設けた締着具21の締着板21A,21
B間で固く締着し、ワイヤロープ4をほぼ水平
に、緊張状態に張設し、これに防護ネツト5を広
げて張りめぐらす。従つて、防護ネツト5は作業
者が載る足場Xの下側全域を覆うことになる。
以上の説明では、第1図に示すように橋梁2の
一端部についてのみ説明したが、橋梁の他端部も
同様である。
