【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present application relates to a mounting bracket for mounting a safety device for work on a roof used to prevent a worker from falling in a low-rise house assembly.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, when working on the roof such as when laying a roof plate or roofing on the roof surface of a low-rise house, or when roofing tiles, work is performed with a roof safety device (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-248277).
[0003]
The above-mentioned safety device on the roof is the one that attaches and assembles a special support bracket in advance at the factory and on-site in the steel building ridge steel, and attaches the safety device on the roof to the support bracket. To do. Thus, it is possible to prevent a worker's crash disaster when working on the roof. It can also be used for maintenance inspections and renovations on the roof, contributing to improved work efficiency.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the above-described safety device on the roof is attached to a dedicated support bracket for a building using steel, the range of use is limited.
Therefore, an attachment fitting that can be attached to a wooden purlin of a wooden house is developed so that it can be attached and used during construction of the wooden house, and the spread of the on-roof safety device is promoted.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the upper frame and the lower frame are clamped and fixed by long bolts arranged at the four corners against the purlin. When the purlin of the wooden house is on the ground, it is attached to the roof, and a pillar of the safety device on the roof is erected in the center of the mounting bracket, and the belt retractable lifeline provided at the tip of the pillar is used to This is a safety measure for the above work.
The long bolt is attached at a position where there is almost no gap with the purlin so that it should come off when it falls and the mounting bracket will not face sideways.
[0006]

The structure of the column C attached to the purlin attachment bracket 1 of the safety device for work on the roof of the present invention will be briefly described.
The support column C of the first embodiment is made of a long iron pipe, and as shown in FIG. 3, a lower end is provided with a bolt C1 that can be easily screwed into the
The bolt C1 is inserted into the lower hole through the bolt case, and the upper head is pressed by a spring. This prevents the bolt from inevitably inclining when the bolt is welded to the bottom plate, and the appearance when standing on the mounting bracket is deteriorated. In addition, the provision of a spring prevents the disadvantage that it is difficult to screw together with the bolt's own weight alone. It is something that is not attached. The bolt case is formed by making a hole in the side surface of the pipe and welding this portion with a welding machine.
The upper side is partly a double pipe, with two belt-winding lifelines B that can be fitted up and down freely. be able to. The belt retractable lifeline B can be rotated 360 degrees around the support column.
[0009]
The column C of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment on the upper side. However, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower end is provided with a rod-like fitting portion that fits into the hole of the column mounting portion 9. C is welded and fixed to the column attaching portion 9.
[0010]
The structure of the belt retractable lifeline B of the safety device for work on the roof of the present invention will be briefly described.
The belt take-up lifeline B is obtained by winding a narrow woven belt B1 made of synthetic fiber around a bobbin, and a winding spring is arranged on the bobbin to constantly urge the belt with a take-up force. . In addition, the bobbin has a claw attached to it, and when the belt is pulled out suddenly, the bobbin suddenly rotates, and the claw opens by the centrifugal force and comes into contact with the stopper provided on the cover, preventing the bobbin from rotating. This prevents the belt B1 from being fed. Therefore, the sliding distance is short and the impact load applied to the operator is small.
In addition, the belt retractable lifeline B urges the spring in the direction of continuously winding the belt, so that the extra belt does not hang down and is attached to the column at a predetermined interval from the roof surface. It is not caught on roofing or tiles placed on the roof.
[0011]
The installation procedure of the rooftop safety device of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a state in which the roof top work safety device is attached to the purlin attachment bracket 1 of the present invention. First, the purlin attachment bracket 1 is located on the upper side when the purlin M is placed on the ground. The
At this time, in the case of the support column of the first embodiment, a safety device for work on the roof may be attached in advance according to the progress of work, or only the support column C may be attached, depending on the timely situation. Can be installed.
In addition, in the case of the support column of the second embodiment, since it is in a standing state on the upper side in advance, the upper side can be easily confirmed when the purlin is lifted.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 6, the method of using the roof safety device of the present invention is such that the hook B2 at the tip of the narrow woven belt B1 of the belt retractable lifeline B is only hooked on the ring of the worker's safety belt. It can be used over the entire rooftop work from the installation of the roof plate to the end of the roofing.
It can also be used when rebuilding an old house at the time of rebuilding to ensure worker safety.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
The safety device for work on the roof according to the present invention is safe when the first safety device is attached because the purlin is attached on the ground during assembly standby.
Further, the purlin attachment bracket 1 can securely hold the purlin and can easily and surely attach the column C of the on-roof safety device. Accordingly, it is possible to promote the use of a safety measure device when building a wooden house.
In addition, it is possible to perform a work at a high place after mounting the safety device for work on the roof, without being restricted by the actions of other workers, thereby improving safety and workability.
In addition, the conventional effect that one worker falls and slides, and other workers are not affected by the aftermath, and the work can be performed safely can be obtained.
