には取付座8′を溶着してその下側にレール11
を重設し、その近傍にパツド12を取付座8′に
螺着するものである。取付座8′に重設のレール
11は、レールに沿つて摺動自在な滑動座13を
嵌挿するが、その滑動座13の下部にコ字形状を
なす爪部14の上面を適宜重合させ、ビームの両
