へ突出させたバタフライ弁13の開閉軸14と、取水導
管4の外壁部所定位置に突設した支軸15とに、上記2
本のリンク12aと12bの各他端を連結し、上記フロ
ート10に作用する浮力でレバー11及びリンク12
