[Industrial Application Field] The present invention is a container whose innermost layer is made of polypropylene, and the opening of the container body is sealed. This invention relates to an easy-to-open container that is easy to open. [Prior art] Conventionally, the opening of the container body is sealed with a lid material using a heat sealing method. While strong heat sealing strength is required to protect the contents of the container, on the other hand, it is not necessary to use tools such as a knife when opening the container. A container that can be easily opened is desired. In order to achieve the above object, some sealing surfaces used a stretched polypropylene film and an unstretched polypropylene film, and others used a polyethylene film mixed with an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and a polypropylene film. However, although a certain level of seal strength and releasability can be obtained by configuring the seal surface as described above, it is impossible to achieve slightly greater seal strength and/or releasability. I had to change the material. [Problems to be Solved] The object of the present invention is to provide a container having a sealing surface whose heat sealing strength and peelability can be changed depending on the purpose. [Means for solving the problem] The opening of the container body made of polypropylene alone or a laminate with polypropylene as the innermost layer,
The problem was solved by using a resin mixture of linear low-density polyethylene and amorphous polypropylene as a lid material as a sealing layer on the base material. Here, when using a mixed resin of cotton-like low density polyethylene and amorphous polypropylene as the sealing layer, the mixing ratio of amorphous polypropylene should be 40% by weight or less, and if it exceeds 40% by weight, the heat seal strength will decrease. Not only does it not increase, but it also does not result in a uniform mixed resin, which is undesirable. Further, the container body refers not only to a molded container made of a sheet, but also to a container having an opening such as a bag or a hollow container. Further, as the base material constituting the lid material, any one of aluminum foil, paper, plastic film such as polyethylene terephthalate film, stretched polypropylene, or a laminate thereof may be selected depending on the purpose. [Function] With the above configuration, heat-sealing strength with excellent sealing performance can be obtained even if the heat-sealing temperature is changed. Moreover, the heat sealing strength can be changed by changing the heat sealing temperature within the range of the heat sealing strength that provides excellent sealing performance. [Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an embodiment of the present invention, in which the opening 3 of a container body 1 whose innermost layer 2 is a polypropylene layer is made of aluminum foil 10 with a thickness of 40 μm.
A lid in which a sealing layer 11 (thickness: 55 μm) is provided on the inner surface of the base material 10 with a resin prepared by mixing 10 parts by weight of cotton-like low-density polyethylene with 3 parts by weight of amorphous polypropylene (manufactured by Tafmer Mitsui Polychemicals). body 1
This is an easy-to-open container (Example 1) in which the containers No. 2 and No. 2 are stacked on top of each other with the sealing layer 11 facing downward, and the opening is hermetically sealed. At the same time, similar tests were conducted on Examples 2 and 3, in which the sealing layer 11 was made of cotton-like low-density polyethylene and had a thickness of 45μ and 60μ. Heat sealing conditions are 75Kg/1 piece pressure and 0.8
The temperature was changed for each second. Then, the opening strength and the sealing strength of the seal portion of each container were measured, and the results are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The above strength is measured using a Tensilon universal tensile tester at a tensile rate of 300 mm/min, and the unit is g/15 mm. The seal strength of the seal portion was determined by measuring the seal strength of each side a, b, c, and d, as shown in FIG. 4, and taking the average value as the seal strength. Next, the contents of Example 1 and Example 2 were filled, the sealed containers were placed in a small box in 2 rows and 10 layers, fixed with adhesive tape, placed in a polyethylene bag, and a drop test was conducted. Summer. The drop conditions were as follows: The above item was dropped from a height of 1 m, and the top, bottom, right, left, front, and rear sides were dropped once each.
The product was dropped onto a concrete floor several times and the peeling of the seal and the condition of the lid were observed. The results are shown in Table 1.

did.
[Effects] Since the present invention has the above configuration, it has a heat sealing strength of approximately 1000 g/15 mm even if the heat sealing temperature changes, and sufficient sealing performance is obtained.
The opening strength was 1800g/15mm or less, and the opening property was good. Further, in Examples 2 and 3, the opening property was good, and although the heat sealing strength was lower than that in Example 1, there was no problem in sealing property, and the storage stability of the contents was good.
