Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は塗装ウレタン樹脂層とコンクリート平
面との間に設けられる中間シートに係り、更に詳
しくはクツシヨン性に富み、かつ凹凸の発生の無
い塗装ウレタン樹脂床を簡単な施工で得ることの
出来る塗装ウレタン樹脂床用中間シートに関す
る。 近年テニスコートや運動場等においては、
コンクリート面上にウレタン樹脂を直接塗装した
塗装ウレタン樹脂床や屋上などの防水のためにウ
レタン樹脂を塗装する事が行なわれている。これ
らの塗装ウレタン樹脂床においては、床にクツシ
ヨン性を付与するためにウレタン樹脂の塗装を3
〜4回繰り返して行なわなければならず、施工に
多大の手間と時間を要する。また、コンクリート
平面上に直接ウレタン樹脂層が形成されるもので
あるため、外気温の加熱によりコンクリート内の
水分が膨張して水蒸気になつた場合には、この発
生水蒸気の逃げ場がなく、これがコンクリート面
と塗装ウレタン樹脂層との間の剥離の原因とな
り、床面に凹凸が発生し、また、コンクリートに
亀裂が入つた場合、塗装ウレタン樹脂層も亀裂が
入り防水の機能をはたさなくなる欠点を有してい

剤を介して貼り合され、かつ不織布面に粘着剤層
が設けられている積層シートを塗装ウレタン樹脂
床の中間材として用いる事により、クツシヨン性
に富み、かつ凹凸の発生が無く、コンクリートの
亀裂が存在するときにおいてもウレタン層の亀裂
のない塗装ウレタン樹脂床を簡単な施工操作で得
ることの出来ることを見いだし、かかる知見にも

ポリエチレンイミン系等の合成樹脂によつて、前
記のコロナ放電処理面に、厚さ0.01〜5μ程度に形

めウレタン系湿気硬化型ブライマーをコーテイン
グしてブライマー処理をほどこしておく事により
下地のコンクリート8と塗装ウレタン樹脂床用中
間シート1の接着を良くすることができる。而し
てコンクリート8面ブライマー処理をほどこす場
合において、コンクリート8面にブライマーを部
分的に塗布してブライマー塗布を行なわない部分
を作り、且つ部分的に粘着加工を行なわれていな
い塗装ウレタン樹脂床用中間シート1を使用し、
粘着剤層の一部がブライマー塗布領域と重ならな
いようにコンクリート8に塗装ウレタン樹脂床用
中間シート1を貼り合せることにより下地よりの
蒸気等のガスの脱気をより容易ならしめることも
可能である。例えば第3,4図示のようにコンク
リート8面に約10〜50m/m巾の非ブライマーコ
ート部11を介して約1m巾のブライマーコート
部10を設け、その上に第5,6図示のような不
織布2面上にシートの流れ方向に沿つて10〜30mm
巾の非粘着部7を介して200〜500mm巾の粘着剤層
5を設けた塗装ウレタン樹脂床用中間シート1を
第7図示の如く貼り合せることにより、コンクリ
ート8面にブライマー及び粘着剤のない領域12
を形成し、この領域より水蒸気等のガスが脱気し
