【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は塗装ウレタン樹脂層とコントリート平
面との間に設けられる中間材に係り、更に詳しく
は断熱性を有し、クツシヨン性に富み、かつ凹凸
の発生の無い塗装ウレタン樹脂床を簡単な施工で
得ることの出来る塗装ウレタン樹脂床用中間材に
関する。

近年テニスコートや運動場等においては、コン
クリート面上にウレタン樹脂を直接塗装した塗装
ウレタン樹脂床や屋上などの防水のためにウレタ
ン樹脂を塗装する事が行なわれている。これらの
塗装ウレタン樹脂床においては、床にクツシヨン
性を付与するためにウレタン樹脂の塗装を3〜4
回繰り返して行なわなければならず、施工に多大
の手間と寺間を要する。また、コンクリート平面
上に直接ウレタン樹脂層が形成されるものである
ため、外気温の加熱によりコンクリート内の水分
が膨張して水蒸気になつた場合には、この発生水
蒸気の逃げ場がなく、これがコンクリート面と塗
装ウレタン樹脂層との間の剥離の原因となり、床
面に凹凸が発生し、また、コンクリートに亀裂が
入つた場合、塗装ウレタン樹脂層も亀裂が入り防
水の機能をはたさなくなる欠点を有している。

本考案者は、叙上の欠点を解消すべく研究の結

り、断熱性を有しクツシヨン性に富み、かつ凹凸
の発生が無く、コンクリートの亀裂が発生すると
きにおいてもウレタン層の亀裂のない塗装ウレタ
ン樹脂床を簡単な施工操作で得ることので出来る
ことを見いだし、かかる知見にもとづいて本考案
を完成したものである。

ている積層シートからなる事を特徴とする塗装ウ
レタン樹脂床用中間シートである。

本考案の一実施例品たる塗装ウレタン樹脂床用
中間シート1は、100〜500g/m2のポリエチレン
又はポリプロピレン製の不織布層2と9〜25μ厚

ルミニウム箔3bを接着剤3cを介して積層して
なる複合材を主材とするウレタン樹脂浸透防止層
3とが接着剤、ポリエチレン又はポリプロピレン
などよりなる層間接着層4を介して貼り合わされ
ており、かつ不織布層2に粘着剤層5が設けられ
ている積層シートからなり、粘着剤層5面に離型
紙6が積層されている。第1図示の実施例におい
ては粘着剤層5不織布層2上に部分的に設けら
れ、粘着剤非コート部7が形成されている。ここ
で粘着剤非コート部7は下地のコンクリートから
発生する水蒸気等のガスの脱気をより良好ならし
め、確実にするために設けるものである。

剤非コート部7を設け、水蒸気等のガスの脱気を
確実にするのが好ましいものである。

ウレタン樹脂に対して接着性能を有する熱可塑性
合成樹脂、例えばウレタン系、ポリエステル系、
ポリエチレンイミン系等の合成樹脂によつて、前
記のコロナ放電処理面に、厚さ0.01〜5μ程度に形
成されているものである。

8に貼り合せる場合、コンクリート8面にあらか
じめウレタン系湿気硬化型プライマーなどをコー
テイングしてプライマー処理をほどこしておく事
により下地のコンクリート8と塗装ウレタン樹脂
床用中間シート1の接着を良くすると共にコンク
リートの強度を高めることができる。而してコン
クリート8面にプライマー処理をほどこす場合に
おいて、コンクリート8面にプライマーを部分的
に塗布してプライマー塗布を行なわない部分を作
り、且つ部分的に粘着加工を行なわれていない塗
装ウレタン樹脂床用中間シート1を使用し、粘着
剤層の一部がプライマー塗布領域と重ならないよ
うにコンクリート8に塗装ウレタン樹脂床用中間
シート1を貼り合せることにより下地よりの蒸気
等のガスの脱気をより容易ならしめることも可能
である。例えば第3,4図示のようにコンクリー
ト8面に約10〜50m/m巾の非プライマーコート
部11を介して約1m巾のプライマーコート部1
0を設け、その上に第5,6図示のような不織布
2面上にシートの流れ方向に沿つて10〜30mm巾の
非粘着部7を介して200〜500mm巾の粘着剤層5を
設けた塗装ウレタン樹脂床用中間シー1を第7図
示の如く貼り合せることにより、コンクリート8
面にプライマー及び粘着剤のない領域12を形成
し、この領域より水蒸気等のガスが脱気し得る構
造とすることができる。

施工する場合に特に有効に活用し得るものであ
る。
