Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a wax composition which can bring about antique appearance with high resistance to surface staining, pasting and writing with a sign pen and scorching to prolong the repainting period. CONSTITUTION:A wax composition forming a coat film of no color and transparency when a polyolefin wax softening at a temperature ranging from 50 to 120 deg.C is used to spread into coating film. The wax composition is applied at the final stage after a variety of coatings are applied by a variety of application methods and the three dimensional patterns formed by coating tools and the texture constituted by the quality and colors characterized by the wax composition can be expressed.

However, the interior finish of the building using the conventional coating material is not only not possible to give a high-class feeling because the coating film is thin and has a flat finish, but it also has a color and luster. In addition, it is possible to make aesthetic expression only with a part of the pattern, and it is a representative of inexpensive finish, and it is easy to get dirt, sticky paper is easy to stick, and it is easy to graffiti with a felt-tip pen etc. Therefore, it was necessary to repaint in a short time.

Then, the A wax composition, the B wax composition, and the C wax composition, which are respectively prepared as described above,
It is used as a top coat for the coating surface that has undergone the painting process. That is, in the coating process, as shown in Table 2, a synthetic resin emulsion clear paint was undercoated, and then a synthetic resin emulsion texture paint was applied as an intermediate coat on the entire surface by ironing. , A brush, a sponge, etc. are used to form a three-dimensional pattern having irregularities, and the A wax composition, B wax composition, and C wax composition are applied onto the roller,
Separately wiped with a cloth, sponge, buff, etc. and finished with top coat. On the other hand, the conventional solid color finish is the same as the coating method of the present invention, in which undercoating and intermediate coating are sequentially performed, and then synthetic resin emulsion paint is applied twice to topcoat, and the conventional metallic finish is also used. For finishers,
Similarly, as in the case of the coating method of the present invention, an undercoat and an intermediate coat were sequentially applied, and then acrylic metallic enamel was applied twice and overcoated.

Next, comparing the effects of the overcoating with the conventionally used paint and the overcoating with the wax composition of the present invention as described above, as shown in Table 3,
The A wax composition, the B wax composition, and the C wax composition of the present invention adhere to contaminants such as water-based felt-tip pens, tobacco tar, paper sticks, hydrophilic stains, and abrasion resistance, as compared with the conventional solid color finish and metallic finish. Removability, water resistance, water repellency, slipperiness, spot resistance, mildew resistance, blocking resistance and other goodnesses (poor 1 <2 <3 <4 <5 good) were much higher. .. Further, the conventional solid color finish is flat and monochromatic, and the conventional metallic finish is metallic and glossy, but with the A wax composition of the present invention, it is porcelain-like and has a high-grade finish. In addition, the B wax composition of the present invention has a pearly color and has a solid finish on porcelain skin, and the C wax composition of the present invention has a bronze color and has a solid and high quality finish, that is, the properties obtained only by the present invention are excellent. We were able to obtain finishes reminiscent of various porcelain and precious metal textures that have an ultra-luxury feel.

As described above, according to the present invention, the wax composition constituted according to any one of claims 1 to 7 is used in the final step finished by the coating step using various coating materials, and various coating methods are used. Since the three-dimensional pattern produced by each painting tool and the texture having the luster peculiar to each wax composition and the texture peculiar to the noble metal color can be expressed, an antique high-class feeling can be produced. Therefore, the wax composition of the present invention and the coating method thereof can be applied to indoor and outdoor ceilings, walls, columns, waist walls, doorway fittings and frames, skirting boards, ornaments, etc., such as a meeting room, a president's room, an executive room, and a reception room. Room, entrance hall of luxury building,
When used in a lobby, elevator hall, high-grade precious metal store, gallery, calligraphy skeleton, high-class restaurant, etc., it can enhance the dignity of a store or building, and when used as a display bag, it can double the sense of quality of a product. You can do it, and you can use it in your own house. In addition, depending on how colors and patterns are added, the ceiling can be made higher or lower, and the walls and ceiling can be made to make the room feel wider or narrower.

Moreover, the wax composition has a softening point of 50 to 1
Since it is configured to form a colorless and transparent coating film when spread in a film using a polyolefin wask in the range of 20 ° C, it is difficult for dirt to adhere, sticking paper is difficult to stick, and with a felt-tip pen etc. Combined with the difficulty of graffiti and scratches, the repainting period can be extended.

In addition, 100 parts by weight of a mica pigment coated with iron oxide was added to 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin wax, whereby a metallic noble metal texture having a bronze or kappa color with appropriate transparency was added. In addition, 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin wax is mixed with 100 parts by weight of a mica pigment coated with titanium dioxide.
By adding less than 100 parts by weight, it is possible to express a texture with moderate transparency and pearl luster and a beautiful iris color. In addition, 100 parts by weight of basic lead carbonate pigment is added to 100 parts by weight of polyolefin wax. By doing so, it is possible to express a high-quality texture with a gold-colored precious metal feeling, and further, by adding bronze powder within 30 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin wax,
It is possible to obtain effects such as expressing a high-quality texture with a gold color and a noble metal feeling.
